Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service! Carpet and pad show up and it is wrong pad. Had a huge argument with the disrespectful customer service department. Rescheduled install for one week later and this time they had correct pad. Install is extremely poor. We have a 3 inch section of carpet in front of our bathroom door when there is a absolutely no need! We have 4 seems in our closet that should have zero! STAY AWAY! SHOP LOCAL where the appreciate you and don't disrespect you!

They are bunch of lyer. Sales person showing that it is life time warranty. on installation. I have my wooden floor done in my kitchen in Sept. 2023. One of ********* come out so i called on feb. ****. They says it is 90 day *************** Sales person say they installed same color trimming but when they installed floor they use White trim. when i says sales person says about same color trim Installer want $ ****** for that and if i do not allowed white trim they do not give any warranty.

I have to give them a star they dont even deserve ! Horrible horrible customer service horrible horrible installation my floors are now lifting and they Wont do anything about it they never told me my warranty was only for 3 months. Money flushed dont the toilet never ever again and if I know anyone that even thinks of dealing with this company I will make sure to tell them DO NOT DO IT !!!! They lie about it all. From the moment the salesman walks in with his pitch about NFD. To the 80 years of experience. Its all designed to be misleading. They knock on the competition because anyone else is better. They show you a slide with several images to scare you into buying. Its all a gimmick! They always start you at X pricing when they hold so much markup. The material they use is not all real. Most of it is knock-off. They hire contractors. An absolute nightmare. Cancelled on me on my first appointment. Came to second appointment where the salesman was completely rude when i started saying i wasnt interested and i was shopping around. Called his manager on speakerphone where the manager ******* actually called me a piece of S*** because i didnt want to go with them and their discount price. Belittled in my own house. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEIR COMMERICAL IS MISLEADING! I've found this company to be deceptive with very pushy salesmen. This company sent 2 different representatives to my home that made me uneasy. The product offered by the first representatives was switched. Then I started reading the bbb complaints that sent up red flags. They do not tell the customer credit/debit cards aren't taken. HORRIBLE! Buyer be where.This company does not beat any ones price. They use false advertising and pressure sales tactices to get people to sign contracts. I got a price for carpet replacement of *******. They gave me a price of *******. when I told the sales rep of the 15% he got on the phone twice until the price came down to *******. Not 15%. Absolutely horrible! ******** promised us things that weren't "specified " in the contract ( which he should have known to do if that is the way the business is run). Floors came out horrible and didn't do what was asked . They had me spend extra money on taking up two floors to be level and didn't even make it level. My husband could have done a better job then this company. Had people here working till 1 am left the house completely filled of dirt and dust everywhere ( which is the least of the issues). They lie bottom line. I got a free estimate that cost me $50. The sales representative they sent out told me I cant leave your house without a sale. Not a reputable way to conduct business at all!
