I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time or money. They'll come out show you some very nice materials but will install some c*** When asked if you can keep the sample of what you are supposed to be getting they'll tell you they can't leave it with you because it's The only one they have. And OMG good luck on trying to get them to honor their warranty. This company is a Joke
DONT DO IT! Liars, scammers! They came to our home knowing the sq feet they were working with. After they start putting leveling cement they tell us its going to be******* cash more! When we said NO! The contractor called floors direct which then they said ******* Cash!, or have floors put on bare floors and void warranty! We paid ******* cash and voided the warranty this is what they had planned all along to do. Scammers, liars AND! The material at initial appointment was different from the material used !
On February 24, 2024, a sales representative came to my home for a free estimate. At that time we talked about the products for hardwood flooring. She showed me her samples and from there I picked what I liked. We talked about prices and she proceeded to make a call as if she was talking to her manager. I was given a discount. After that she told me I would have to pay 15% so the installers could get the materials. I wrote a check for $625.00, she asked for my email address and my phone number, which I gave her both. Please ignore any rating above 1 stars, apparently they have folks putting in fake reviews to raise their average rating. I had them come out tonight from the ******* office and received a high quote around 20k plus at first , and within a minute they dropped to 12k...then the pressure tactic was put on once we said we wanted to think about it. They wanted us to sign now to lock in the quote....oh btw, they didn't leave any documentation on the quote, as not to be caught in their lies. Their commercials say they can beat any... read more
Horrible experience. Lied to by the salesman said no prep of the floor was needed,the new floor would be glued directly to the concrete. Said they don't subcontract installation out. Said all warranties are transferable to new owners in future. All lies. Installer said a leveller would need to be put down first coasting additional $650 dollars do immediately. Run, run as fast as you can to someone else. I'm actually so angry typing this that I'm rambling. The staff (***) is the absolute worst and the bait and switch they pull is astronomically the worst. I'd give zero stars. The salesman told me several lies, he said the carpet came with a lifetime stain warranty, and that if there was a stain that we could not get rid of, that NFD would send someone to clean it. I did sign away the 3 day period for cancellation, and after I gave him the check, he said if I changed my mind, that I could just cancel the check and that theres nothing they could do, he said he wasn't going to the bank until Tuesday, and this was on a Saturday. DO NOT BUY!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Literally one of the worst company experiences I have ever had. Had my floor installed back in 2021 and was told by the installation team that the floor was scratch-proof and was **guaranteed** a lifetime warranty. They gave me no physical documentation; everything was sent through email and even the emails were severely lacking in info.
