I'm 100% satisfied with the job National Floors Direct did with my kitchen floor. The quality of the floor is great and the professionalism of the installers was beyond my expectations. Before beginning their work, the installers confirmed the color and quality of the floor I requested. The cherry on top: they cleaned the mess and disposed of all the garbage. The new flooring turned out great, NFD was a pleasure to deal with from the very knowledgeable salesman to the quick and thorough installers who even cleaned up their mess and got the whole project done in one day! I would recommend NFD for your next flooring project!

National floors direct provided an excellent new flooring experience. From the estimation process to the finished product everything flowed smoothly. The insulation crew was very knowledgeable cordial on time and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be using national floors direct again for my flooring needs. And the biggest bonus they had the most competitive price out there.

The men that came to install were kind, fast and efficient. Everything was done with precision! The floors are excellent quality and beautiful! NFD was wonderful to work with.....our sales representative arrived on time and with samples for us to review. Everyone from our sales representative to the gentleman who installed the flooring was precise, knowledgeable, and professional. Our sales representative worked with us on financing, showing samples, and scheduling installation all within one appointment. We needed to get carpet installed rather quickly to get our house ready show a showing. Someone showed up the same day that I called to give a free estimate. They beat the price of every other contractor and company that came before them. The quality of the carpet and padding was excellent, and their service was superior. All people involved were courteous and professional.
