Everything about the interaction with National Floors Direct was superb??!!! From the initial meeting with the representative to him adjusting my cost so it was comfortable for me and me receiving the exact color carpet I wanted at no extra cost.Those who came to install the carpet was so professional. They completed the job in less than an hour. *** was a great company to work with to have carpet installed. The sales *** was knowledgeable and offered plenty of options to fit our needs. Scheduling install was quick and easy. The install team was punctual and quick in the install. Not only that, they did a wonderful job of install and we are thrilled with the carpet.
I am very happy with my new carpet! I've had gross old carpet in a small bedroom in my house since moving in. I finally got around to replacing and now that I have I wish I had done it sooner. It was reasonably priced and I really like the color and plushness. I am very happy with the install, the edges are all flush and smooth. It was also very quick but they took the time to lay down baking soda on the floor then sweep everything up before putting the new pad and carpet down. Great experience all around!
Everything went reasonably well. We are very happy with our new basement LVP flooring. The sales rep *** was great and professional. The contractors that came did an excellent job. It's important to note that the quarter round that is provided only comes it white, but *********** contractor allowed me to paint them before installation which is very appreciated and saved us time later. NJ35757 I had a wonderful experience with national floors, direct from A-Z. I absolutely love my floors they installed on my upstairs and downstairs within a day and a half professional, prompt, polite, clean beautiful floors outstanding pricing I would highly recommend this company. This is the second time Ive use them. First time I used carpeting on my stairs and this time Ive done my floors with luxury vinyl.
Our sales person was wonderful and knowledgeable about the floor we were looking for. We got Laminated floor for three bedrooms. The price was way better then other companies that we consultated. It took only half the day, two mans job. Floor looks buautiful. So far no complain.
I cannot say enough about this wonderful experience. From the sales person's initial visit to the installation team, everyone was very helpful and accommodating. ****** (the sales guy) is clearly passionate about the product and is very knowledgeable about the whole process. He was very thorough.
