We could not decide on a floor for our dining room. After an exhaustive search we were about to give up and live with what we had. Then we saw a commercial for National floors direct. Our sales agent Armando arrived promptly with dozens of colors and styles to choose from. We finally found what we were looking for at an affordable price. Within 2 weeks the floor was installed. The technicians were prompt, courteous and most importantly clean. I did not have to lift a finger after they left and the job was beautiful.

I've used National Floors Direct three times. Each experience was great. The rep that came to my home was on time and brought great samples. Installation was painless and clean. The installers were very professional and respectful of my home, removing their shoes each time they entered. I would absolutely use them again. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

1The guy came in and gave me my estimate. He was so funny and polite. I told them I needed it done after I was done painting but before my party I was having and they were able to come the exact day I needed them to come. The woman on the phone to confirm my appointment was very helpful in answering my questions. Im very pleased and we are enjoying our new carpet. Thank you National Floors Direct.

This was a great experience for my order#NY37885. From the sales rep who came to the house to installers. Everyone was was professional. We had 3 rooms done. Two with laminate and one with carpet. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us informed of the process and went over everything when the work was done. I would definitely use them again. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

From the Sales to the Installers, extremely satisfied. Sales was hassle free, no sales pitch....great assortment of products to choose from. Installers removed and installed two rooms flawlessly. Removing old flooring, and cleaning up after the install, as well as placing large furniture back into place was very satisfying. Will recommend National Flooring to my family and friends.

I had been price and quality shopping with various companies and I thought I'd give National Floors Direct a shot as their ad popped up in my Facebook feed -- admittedly I was skeptical thinking about how big brother is watching us and hearing us all the time and ads pop up that may or may not be worth it.
