We were very happy with National Floors direct. The workers were on time and kept the place clean. The job was finished in one day. The home was left in good clean condition after the job was finished. The NFD office followed up with us to ensure we were happy with the results.

The installation of my carpet was done very professionally. The installer called when on their way. They did a nice job. They cleaned the area after install. They made sure all was good with me before leaving. Installer was terrific. Product looks good. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
National floors direct came here with so many samples I got to see on their laptop what it would look exactly in my room. The material came in quick. They were on time, efficient, professional, very clean, and you would never know they were here when they left. Brand new room in 2 1/2 hours from Head to toe. I highly recommend.
This is the third time I’ve used National Floors Direct. I used them three years ago when I moved into my house and had flooring put on the main floor. I also had them come back, and put flooring in my two bedrooms. Recently, I have them do my stairs and hallway. And if I need any other further flooring, indoor carpeting in the future, I will definitely give them a call.

I had a great experience with picking out my floor type and scheduling a date. On the date of installation the installers reached 30 minute prior to arriving. I had National Floors come out to initially give me an Estimate. Their price came in higher than a competitor, but they held true to coming in at 15% or the job was free. The rep who we consulted with was great and accommodating. The entire process was super easy and simplified. The company was transparent. Additionally, the workers who completed the flooring were professional every step of the way. The flooring looks fantastic. We’ll definitely be using them again.
