I had called National Floors Direct after seeing the commercial. I set up an appointment on a very convenient Saturday just a few days later. The sales rep arrived on time and his name was Nick. Nick was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We discussed how our sub floor was not level. There is a bow in our floor and we were concerned it would negatively affect our flooring. My experience with National Floors was Quick, Easy, and within Budget! Every employee I interacted with was amazing and they even beat the lowest estimate I received. They installed within 48 hours after receiving the estimate and the installation team was on time and fast. I will be using them again when it's time to have the rest of my flooring replaced.
National floors direct provided a quality product at a reasonable price. The salesman came to the house to assist in picking out the best colors. The date for installation was set at that time and adhered to. The installers were very competent and efficient. They cleaned up afterward and left the rooms ready to decorate. Over-all National Floors direct was an excellent company to work with. I highly recommend them.

I was offered a gift card for an honest review. This is my second time using this complany and am very happy with the work. The installers were absolutely amazing and kind. They were very meticulous and did a fantastic job. They did not rush and took their time. My new floors look so beautiful. I highly recommend this company.
