National Floors Direct is very responsive, from the sales representative to the contractors who installed the floors. My sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful when deciding what flooring to pick. He was willing to work with pricing and installation dates. The contractors respected my home; they cleaned up, and we did a formal walk-through before they left. National Floors Direct was so great, I referred them to friends and family. I highly recommend!

The beautiful floor , the grain and quality of the wood is so nice. The crew that installed the floor was very professional. They cleaned up and the detail they did around the fireplace and corners is very impressive. A small language barrier but it was very easy to get answers from them. The salesman was personable. The floor we chose there was a little confusion on whether it was in stock but that was quickly resolved.

Had a great experience with Nationafloorsdirect.com from start to finish. The sales rep was not trying to sell us on the most expensive flooring and really took his time to show us multiple samples and get to know our taste. The installation was very easy our 3 rooms were completed in 1 day and they made sure everything was clean and to our satisfaction before leaving. 5 stars

ORDER # NY37576 The process from beginning to end was seamless. Although they first quoted me very high numbers that were way over my budget, I was able to negotiate and got what I budgeted for. I’m very happy with the outcome. I chose Endurance plus Marina for my dining room. I was even able to change my LVP color from another one until 2 weeks before my scheduled install. National Floors Direct gave me a great deal on my new carpet. My old carpet was 17 years old and had started to look not so good. The installers arrived on the agreed upon date and were very courteous and professional. They did a great job installing my new carpet. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Everything went very well and now I have beautiful brown carpet. My home looks very nice now with my new carpet. Outstanding customer service! Salesman was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Customer service representatives werw wonderful, keeping me updated on process. Installers arrived on time and completed a full house installation (vinyl floor and carpet) in 1.5 days. Excellent quality, installation, and price!

The team arrived on time and was ready to work. They were gentle with furniture moving. I am so pleased with the color carpet and padding. The salesman had a lot of samples to choose from. I like the finished product and the carpet looks great. And did not take long to install.
