The NFD Experience has been super smooth from beginning to end. When i reached out to schedule the visit we were able to choose a date & time that was quick and convenient. The 3 man crew arrived at 11:15 am, and completed the job by 2:15pm. They were friendly and courteous. They showed me a sample of the floor I ordered and I agreed it was correct. They started the job immediately. I checked in the kitchen occasionally, and they obviously knew what they were doing. The cuts they made were accurate, and installed with skill. I recently had all of my carpeting replaced with National Floors Direct. I ended up having a emergency and I needed to leave. They continued the work, moved my furniture and cleaned up beautifully after. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out once I arrived home. Our sales person Brandon was awesome! He was extremely friendly and nice. He took the time to explain about the flooring and the process. He got us an amazing price that was lower than our other quote! We wanted the flooring installed asap and he got it scheduled 2 days later! The installation went very smoothly and was very efficient! We absolutely love the flooring we picked out and would definitely use National Floors Direct again! We highly recommend!
