The installers were professional, the installation was done well, the area supervisor was easy to reach by phone, responsive and addressed every concern to my complete satisfaction. This was the second time I have used National Floors Direct, I recommend and will use them again.

Very Professional. The salesman made it easy for me to choose the right floor. He brought the samples to my home. We discussed what I was looking for. He took pictures of what the floor would look like up against my furniture and my kitchen cabinets. He gave me time to think and not rush me. I made the selection and WOW!! I felt as if I had just moved into my home all over again. The installation crew did a fantastic job. I am very pleased and satisfied. I appreciate all they did. My floors are BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. They came out the next day to take measurements and show us samples. We were able to find a style we like and got a price that was lower than local carpet shops. They were able to schedule an install date that week, which was very convenient. The install looked good. The installation team was just as professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire process was completed within the exact time frame I chose, which made everything so convenient. I am so happy with the results, and after this experience, I plan to have all of the floors in my home done with them!
