The associate that came to measure and give us the estimate was great. He was kind, personable and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything to us and never rushed us along. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision or to sign on. He was helpful getting us approved for credit so we would be able to move forward with this project. National Floors Direct did an outstanding job on my floors! They removed the carpeting that was down before and put down beautiful plank. The trim looks great and there are no gaps. The techs left my home clean and were respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend NFD if you’re thinking about redoing your floors for a reasonable price. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. One the day of installment, I was given an arrival time. The installers arrived on time and ready to work. I confirm the product to be installed. One installer unloaded the truck while the other one ripped up the carpet. They prepared the floor for the laminate wood to be installed. From start to finish the process of buying new flooring with National Floors Direct has been fabulous! Our salesman, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. I’m a tough customer with lots of questions!! We chose a carpet that was a special order color for our steps and he even called other warehouses to see if the carpet we chose was in stock. They were so incredible. They came early as they could and got it done quickly and efficiently. It was a great experience as they were polite and kind. They cleaned up after themselves too. After visiting a friend I was very impressed with her new vinyl floor which was done by National Direct.floors I was tired of my old dirty carpet and I wanted something nice and durable that’s when I called the salesman did a wonderful job explaining all the options and also got me qualified for financing within a few minutes . In 2 days my new floors was installed the crew did an amazing job new mouldings and clean up properly. I highly would recommend national floors Direct customer service was simply the best
