I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review for order MD13231. We worked with Freddy in sales. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The installers were professional and very efficient. We love the waterproof vinyl flooring that was installed. It is beautiful and looks just like hardwood. I am very happy with the service from National Floors Direct.
I was hesitant to call at first. I received 2 quotes and I thought what do I have to lose. Well I am so happy that I called! They beat the prices I got by over $1000 and they were amazing! The salesman showed up on time. He was extremely kind and helpful. When the installers showed up they were right on time! They were beyond clean and did an amazing job!!
This is my third time doing business with National floors. They make the process very easy. They come to your home to measure and bring sample pieces. The best part is being able to get appointments within 24hrs and floors can be installed in as little as 24hrs after. The installers have always been courteous and clean up after the job is done. National floors direct is incredible! They are extremely affordable, professional, and the work was beautiful. I wasn't sure what kind of flooring I wanted so they brought multiple samples and helped me decide what was best for what I wanted. They were extremely punctual. I was only doing the bottom floor of my townhouse, and it was done in one day. They helped move the large furniture as well as moved it back into place after they were done. The carpet is beautiful. Easy to take care of. Soft under your feet and matches everything. The workers were very nice and did an awesome job.
I could not be happier with my experience with National Floors Direct. The customer service was superb every step of the way, from the initial phone call to the follow up phone call ensuring I was satisfied with the work. Our floors are beautiful and we had such a good experience with National Floors Direct. From the free consult set up to our wonderful salesperson, Brian, everyone was friendly and personal. We are first time homeowners and it felt like old friends were helping us get our start. The installation team showed up on time and were impressively efficient. These guys are great . They asked me a few questions and went straight to work They moved my furniture and ripped up carpet and put wood floors on it's place in 8 hours. Then they cleaned it all up and took everything away. They even swept before they left.
Very impressed with the level of customer service. From the initial meeting with my rep, Thomas, it was smooth and easy. Thomas explained the whole process, and we discussed various flooring options.
