We had such a wonderful experience with National Floors Direct. Beginning with their patient, flexible and extremely knowledgeable sales staff, Ryan. The communication about installation was great and the installation went smoothly. The installation team was wonderful and did beautiful work! Very satisfied and can’t wait to have them back in our house to do more work. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review, although I would have posted a review regardless, as we were so satisfied with the job!!

Great experience from start to finish. Sales tech arrived on time and had all samples ready. He was able to give a discount for signing that day. He also scheduled the appointment for a few days later. The installers arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. Got a call from a customer satisfaction rep a few days later. Customer service was great, communicative, polite and professional. Originally disappointed that the material we wanted for the floor was out of stock until April (warehouse issue). So we needed another consultation to choose something different, but was a blessing in disguise because we liked the new choice better. We love our new bathroom floor. The whole process was easy and everyone was so helpful. The salesman came out right on time and was very professional and had all the samples. He was able to set up the install for 3 days later which was amazing because it was right around Christmas. The installers got there on time and were professional and courteous. Install was quick and easy. They cleaned up and showed me the finished rooms. Someone even called a few days later to ensure I was satisfied with the process. I highly recommend using national floors direct.

My master bedroom is a large room with wall -to- wall carpet. The carpet started looking a little haggard, crinkly, and like it was coming up (i.e., it was a poor installation of lower quality carpet). I have seen the NFD commercials for a few years now, so I called them, and they reached out the same day. National Floors were easy and quick. I had to replace carpet in my spare room/ office. National Floors matched the other rooms and installed all in 3 days. They were professional and quick. I will be using them again.
