The whole process was easy and everyone was so helpful. The salesman came out right on time and was very professional and had all the samples. He was able to set up the install for 3 days later which was amazing because it was right around Christmas. The installers got there on time and were professional and courteous. Install was quick and easy. They cleaned up and showed me the finished rooms. Someone even called a few days later to ensure I was satisfied with the process. I highly recommend using national floors direct.

My master bedroom is a large room with wall -to- wall carpet. The carpet started looking a little haggard, crinkly, and like it was coming up (i.e., it was a poor installation of lower quality carpet). I have seen the NFD commercials for a few years now, so I called them, and they reached out the same day. From the moment that I called to set up the appointment to the final installation everything went perfectly. The salesman was prompt and knowledgeable. The installers didn't exceptional job from beginning to end. The product met all of my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested. Had a great experience with national floors direct. The salesman was very honest and gave the most affordable price for my basement carpet installation. The installers did a great job and were very professional. I highly recommend using national floors direct for flooring installations.

I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The customer service was friendly when I called for an estimate. Though the sales meeting took longer than anticipated, it was packed with helpful info and zero pressure. Customer service kept me updated in the days leading up to the install, so I knew exactly what to expect.
