Overall the end to end process was extraordinary smooth. The wide range of floors and flooring types allowed me to get a feel for what I did and did not like. The installers were incredible and did an amazing job. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a solid install for the price. I will be using them again in the near future. My new kitchen floors make me want to dance. Efficient and professional workers. Love the shine. My interactions with the company were kind and courteous and very professional. National Floors Director did an excellent job in our upstairs bedrooms and hallway. From start to finish, National Floors Direct were professional. When choosing our flooring and scheduling the installation, our representative was helpful and knowledgeable. During installation, the crew was fast and efficient. National Floors Direct transformed my home. We bought a home built in 1978 with all original flooring. The salesman brought samples and was patient while we laid everything out in different lighting. The installers came on time next day and were courteous and professional. They took out the old and cleaned up after themselves. We are do happy with everything and now by writing this honest review we get a $25 gift card. Thanks for everything!

We had our National Floors Direct carpet installed in our living room, up the hallway and up five steps (including side and platform on top). We are so happy with the installation. We chose a Berber carpet so we were a little worried about being able to see a seam, but it was totally invisible!!! The salesman was very polite and professional - no pressure!! The floor crew arrived on time. They were very knowledgeable. They worked well together. The floor was put down in a timely manner. It met all my expectations.
