2 very polite workers arrived firm National Floors Direct. They showed me the floor we picked out. I asked them how long would the installation take? They replied about 2 hours & hours later the floor was installed in my laundry room & looked fantastic! We were very happy with National Floors Direct & would hire them again in a second! I recently had National Floors Direct install carpeting in my home. I was pleased with the next day in-home estimate. They also quickly scheduled our install within two business days. The installers were prompt, polite, and incredibly efficient. They left my home undisturbed and did quality work. I am very satisfied with the end result and I would use NFD again for a similar project. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
They did a great job and they cleaned up everything after they was done the rugs look great , they made sure it was the right color i choose, they removed all the old rugs and padding,
We had a great experience with our salesman and the team who came in to install. The salesman listened to me and knew what I was looking for, because of this he only brought in the quality of what I was hoping to purchase. We received the quality carpet we wanted, an upgraded pad, and courteous and professional service; all for far less than any other quote we received. The quality and workmanship of the floors is amazing and the fella's that did the job were very prompt and courteous . the there was very little cleanup . they treated my furniture with the utmost in care and put everything back just as it was . National Floors Direct did an incredible job installing carpet in our three rooms. They were professional, courteous, on-time and did an excellent job picking up after they were complete. The crew showed up as scheduled and got right to work (worked the entire time with NO break...Wow!). They were very polite and professional and respectfully wore masks due to an ill occupant of the house (we TRULY appreciate that as I know it was uncomfortable for 8 hours). All debris was cleaned up as they moved throughout the house. 100% satisfied and would recommend National Floors Direct. Also, I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review
