I had a tenant trash a rental property. I called National Floors Direct and they came out the very next day. The salesman was very kind and helped me pick out what was best for the house. He did not try to upsell me as he understood it was a rental and did not want to put in the most expensive carpets. They were ready to install as soon as the very next day. Our floor installers arrived promptly and worked tirelessly. They immediately got to work ripping up our old carpet and bringing it outside to dispose of it. I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to install a large area of flooring. They made sure to clean up after themselves, and I am thrilled with how our floors turned out!
