National Floirs Direct replaced all the carpeting and kitchen floor in my home with luxury vinyl plank. My experience with the company was positive from the initial sales presentation to final installation. Everyone was courteous and professional. The men who installed the floors were polite and considerate of my time and space. I was very happy with the service from start to finish, and the floors are stunning.

I am very happy with the job National Floors Direct did on installing my laminate flooring. From my initial contact with them, to the appointment with the sales rep, everything was quick and professional. The salesman took his time showing me all the samples and measuring the area. The installer was professional and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend National Floors Direct. **********
We met with several flooring companies before choosing national floors direct. We needed to replace the floors in our entire home. They offered the best price, the most comprehensive flooring solution plan and their warranties were excellent. Installation was quick, and the results were beautiful. Would recommend this company to friends and family.
We got our floors done last week and the installers were great. The contractor spoke perfect English and was very respectful. We had to custom order our floors and NFD called us and let us know the wrong type came in before they sent the contractor out and they fixed the issue and got us the correct floors. They estimated 3 days and they got the job done in 2 and it could of been a single day but the contactors had to drive 2 hours each way.
National floors direct did a wonderful job with my flooring. They did such a good job, we brought them back to do the downstairs. I truly appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. Phones were answered in a timely manner and courteously, and my questions were answered to my satisfaction. When the sales representative arrived, he was neat, clean and well-prepared. ORDER # PA10510 I was extremely satisfied working with National Floors Direct from the very start of the process to the final installation of my beautiful new carpet in my home office!
