I would actually give 4.5 stars. Despite being rescheduled twice, the carpets turned out fabulous. The installers arrived right at the start of the arrival window. They cleaned up everything, leaving zero mess. The installers were friendly and communicative. I ordered Mohawk's silverado for my upper floors. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review!

We’d had the floors in our new place measured by another vendor, and we’re ready to place the order until they told us the vinyl plank flooring and wall to wall carpeting couldn’t be j stalled for 7-8 weeks. Very happy with the outcome of the lux vinyl flooring we had put in in our upstairs bedroom. I called the company and made arrangements to get a quote for two rooms to remove my carpet and replace it with luxury vinyl flooring.
