Had a wonderful experience with NFD. The initial phone call was smooth. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Jigme, the sales person that came out was informative and very kind...no pressure at all. The installation team was quick and cleaned up well. The post visit call from Karen wasn't expected and that put the cherry on top for me. I would 110 percent use and recommend NFD. I did receive a gift card for my time in posting this review, but would do so regardless.
Good work installing new kitchen floor. Good quality material overall and took care of moving around appliances. Also helped me moving some other items with additional charges. Work was completed in 2 days and looks good. Definitely recommend it.
I had carpet installed a few weeks ago. I am very pleased with National Floors direct. The carpet was great quality. The installers were punctual and the installers were very professional. I recieved a gift card for my time in posting this honest review,which I wouldn’t do if I was not satisfied.I need shop at home service. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful. The installers remove carpeting in two bedrooms and the hall way.They then installed laminate flooring.It was completed I one day andI am very satisfied.

Very satisfied with my purchase and service. They were able to come to my house with flooring samples within 24 hours and install within the next 24 hours. I contacted National Floors Direct after originally contacting a competitor whose quote I was dissatisfied with. Upon meeting the sales rep sent by NFD to discuss my project needs, I immediately had a better feeling about NFD than I did the competitor. The sales rep was thorough, patient, and understanding of my budget limitations. We used NFD 2 years ago and decided to call them again to replace carpet with hardwood flooring in 3 remaining bedrooms. It was the right decision and NFD did not disappoint again. The service, quality and value were as expected, and customer service follow through was really great. Their pricing is competitive as well.
