NFD was one-half the price of my other estimates. The sales person was on time and spoke courteously and friendly. When I accepted he said, "you'll be happy with us." He was correct:Workers were on time and finished all 4 rooms in 8 hours. The laminate flooring I chose looks nice in the 4 different rooms. The workers were friendly and professional. They cleaned and vacuums the entire condo when they finished.I recommend NFD to anyone who is looking for a new floor.Thank you-***

I had a positive experience with National Floors Direct. My husband completely cleared the room so I cannot give an opinion on that aspect. My installers name was ***** he was extremely polite made sure to properly identify himself and thoroughly explained the procedure. I am really impressed with the work done it was neat andnwell done. My childrens room looks brand new. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review

They were awesome. Ease of picking out flooring to setting up installment to customer service. Took only 2.5 hours for installation and he even cleaned up after. Assisted with moving heavy furniture back in place. Will definitely use again.

From start to finish, the whole process with national floors direct was spectacular! The initial sales person was knowledgeable, not pushy, and was working with us to meet our needs! Scheduling was a breeze and the communication with the customer service team was great. Our installers got a 2-day job finished in a day and we couldn't be happier with how our new floors look! They not only did a great job on our flooring, they were nice and polite while they were here. 10/10 would recommend!

All went well. Install was good. Did not like price negotiation with salesman.
