From start to finish we are very satisfied with our 2 bedrooms of carpet installed by National floors direct. The salesperson Patrick was very knowledgeable and not pushy. The installers did a great job and cleaned up at the end of the job. They call you prior to installation to go over everything and send emails prior as well. Very satisfied with the 2 carpets. We are getting hardwood installed soon also. Thank you
Great company! My installer had me review my color choice gefore installation. He was prompt and on time, extremely polite and very conscientious. He cleaned up the whole kitchen when he was done and answered all my questions and concerns about care and maintenance of my new floor. My neighbors are jealous and love the new look! Outstanding job! Bravo!
THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED ON TIME & STARTED WORKING RIGHT AWAY.THEY ALSO SHOWED ME A SAMPLE TO MAKE SURE I WAS GETTING THE CORRECT FLOORING.I HAD 2 BEDROOMS AND A 20 FOOT LONG HALLWAY DONE WITH A LIGHT GREY VINYL INTERLOCKING WOOD GRAIN.THIS WORK WAS DONE AFTER A FLOOD IN MY BASEMENT. IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW ANYTHING EVER HAPPENED DOWN THERE. I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH NATIONAL FLOORS DIRECT & WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
Dealing with National Floors Direct was an absolute pleasure. From their Salesman that came to our home for an at home estimate. To then dealing with the scheduling of the installation, where National Floors Direct gave us an appointment date much faster than we anticipated which was extraordinary for us. National Floors Direct provided us with great and quick service. Peter came to our home and provided us with samples and exact costs. They also helped us meet our budget. The installers came 2 days after the estimate, and the installers were all very nice and quick. Great service, highly recommend them to people who are looking for affordable and high quality products/service. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
We cannot thank National Floors Direct for the amazing work they did replacing our floors in both our bathroom and entryway. The salesman that came to our house walked us through all our flooring options, answering all questions. He was also able to beat the pricing of all other quotes we had received. Unbelievably responsive and professional. I received wonderful service and great advice. Never felt like I was being sold unnecessary services. They focused on getting the urgent job done as quickly and professionally as possible.

The salesperson was educated, polite and professional. The installers arrived on time and friendly and did their job well. We had some questions about the product prior to the install and the salesperson quickly answered all of our questions. The installers were not able to finish the job in one day (not their fault) but were there the next morning to finish. The finished product looks great and we are very happy with the results and would use National Floors Direct again.
