NFD was very polite, efficient and professional, starting with the gentleman that prepared the estimate and wrote up the contract. He answered any and all of the questions that I had. The installers were great and did a beautiful job. They had to remove carpeting and move heavy furniture. They also were very careful and cleaned up beautifully after themselves.

They had appointments available as early as the next day. The sales associate arrived on time and had an abundance of information and sample materials. we had new LVT flooring installed in our entire ******* condo in July 2023 spent a lot of money. The installers were great. But we are not happy with flooring in a few areas of the floors there are spots in the material that cannot be removed and really think that the planks are just defective material and the planks need to be replaced. I have tried reaching out to the company but they are really not interested in looking at our problems very disappointed with this purchase.

National Floors Direct was very professional. They arrived on time with a very well experienced installation team. They came in and explained everything that would happening in great context. They were timely and polite during their entire installation. When they finished they explained the best way to make sure our flooring stayed in good standing.

We wanted to upgrade our carpet on our stairs they were old and dirty. We called National Floors Direct the salesman arrived to the apartment on time and was dressed very professional. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us great advice which we followed. We selected a nice color carpet and set up a date for installation. The installation was smooth and easy. National Floors Direct did an amazing job. I had a great experience from start to finish. The pricing on quality name brand carpets was better than any other quote i got. The installation team came in and did a great job. They were fast, very polite and very clean. They made sure we were satisfied before they left. Very happy with the service! I will use them again!
