My new rug was installed in my sunroom. It looks great. The carpet is a high quality and the padding is so thick and soft. We had great service, and it was easy to order. The salesperson was prompt and knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick out what we were looking for. Initial consultation was with an experienced person who was able to clarify the goals of the project. He was on time and professional in his assessment. Materials that were ordered were no longer available but the company was able to work with us to get appropriate substitutions without adding to the expense. Installers came when expected with sufficient manpower and were able to work together and separately to complete the installation efficiently. From the beginning talking with the sales person to the end of the installation was extremely easy. Chris (our salesman) was easy to talk to as well as knew the products well. Was able to steer us in the right direction for our needs as well as cost. Install was a breeze. Installers came in, put our carpets in, and cleaned up. All done very professionally. Our project was smooth from beginning to end! The salesman came to our house and explained the process and showed us our options of flooring to choose from. We scheduled our install date and never had an issue. Our install was finished on time and the floor came out perfectly. I also got to opportunity to receive a gift card for giving my honest review of our experience

I had new vinyl floors installed and I am happy with the way they look and with my experience with this company. The sales person was knowledgeable and gave me options. My flooring choice was in stock and installed in less than a week. The installers did a good job. They worked efficiently, moving furniture and appliances. They cleaned up after the service. I am happy with my choice and I would recommend this company.

We couldn't be happier! It was snowing Saturday so in order not to damage carpet the offered to come install that Sunday instead of waiting another week for appointment. They were right on time and did an amazing job installing. They cleaned up the rooms before leaving. I would highly recommend to anyone. Also they provided an Amazon gift card for honest review.

I found this company to be reliable and the product selection and quality very good for my basement floor. Their installation team was top notch ... friendly, organized, knowledgable and they even vacuumed when they were finished!
