The entire process with National Floors Direct was very good. The salesperson did not pressure or try to upsell us and was very knowledgeable about different types of carpets. Scheduling went smoothly and communication leading up to the install was excellent. Highly recommend following their preparation instructions exactly. Please hire this company. I had my kitchen floors done and I could not be happier. The gentleman that installed the floors were very professional and very skilled . I am so impressed that I am going to have my carpet done by this company.
My experience was wonderful from start to finish. First, the salesperson brought numerous samples and was able to offer next-day installation, free moving of furniture, free moving of appliances, and free removal of the old flooring. 2nd the installation team was great they removed the old floor and installed the new floor. The whole experience from start to finish was great. The sales rep was professional and very friendly. The setup process was super easy and we were able to set up an appointment for the floors to be installed that week. When it was time for install the install team was timely and super professional. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done properly and even went to home depot to get an extra transition piece at no extra cost. I recently had 2 rooms of carpet installed by National Floors Direct and was quite pleased. They were very professional from the time I had an in-home consult to the actual installation. The sales person was honest and knowledgeable and showed us many samples. The installation was scheduled for when I needed it. The install team were terrific.
