National Floors Direct was very easy to deal with in setting up all aspects of the installation of vinyl planks and carpeting in my home this month. They were professional and courteous. From the start to the finish everything was handled professionally with care. Our salesman was very thorough and explained all the different types of flooring and didnt try to up sell us. We eventually went with the luxury vinyl, which looks fantastic! The installation went great, they finished all in one day, and that was with taking up the old flooring and padding. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct. They came in to measure, gave us a very competitive price and we were able to pick the date of installation. They contractors were great. Showed up on time and were ********** and clean. Nothing was left behind. I have additional rooms that I will be replacing carpet or flooring later this year and I will be using National Floors Direct for those as well.

After inquiring about a quote online national floors direct was very quick about getting a sales representative out to go over everything. He was very polite and answered any and all questions I had. On the day of install they arrived in a timely manner. Asked the appropriate questions. Cleaned up any trash they may have had left after doing the floors. National floors direct did a great job replacing my 30 year old rug !! Expert came and left me with a great estimate for a single bedroom. They came and installed the next day. Installers came on time which was great, because I was worried I was going to wait all day. But when they came they were done in 30 minutes. I was so surprised of how quick they were. They did a great job cleaning everything out and replaced my old rug with a beautiful brand new one. It looks like I have a brand new room. So satisfied

Very professional and reasonable. Would use again for my next project. Floors were everything we expected. Very happy we saw the commercial. Installation was a little long but that was because of ************** to smooth out the surface. They cleaned up everything afterwards.TX10483
