When I called for an estimate, they had Mark come to look at the project. From the time he rang the bell until the time he left, he was professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and he felt like family. All went great with the rug installation! It was a big job, 2 staircases and 5 rooms. They showed up on time. They completed the job and cleaned up nicely afterward. they were pleasant workers, and knew their job and worked hard! The job was reasonably priced and I'm pleased with the quality. I'd be happy to use National Floors Direct again. My purchase order number was MA23570. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
I’m so happy with my beautiful new vinyl wood looking floors. If anyone needs/wants new flooring, National floors Direct is the place to go. The workers are fast, efficient, and extremely courteous. They answer any questions you have and they are quick to get back to work. I’m am so satisfied.

I am posting this review/info on as many sites as I can because dealing with this company for the first time was phenomenal and I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly….National met the quotes I received from other places. Installation was done promptly as expected. They cleaned up afterwards including sweeping the floors. The carpet is beautiful . I would definitely recommend this company
Great experience when getting carpet installed. Sales team was knowledgeable which allowed me to make an easy choice when selecting carpet. Installation was quick and easy. Installers weee very professional and clean up after themselves.

National Floors Direct had the best price and the best products. Literally, they had a waterproof sponge underpad to protect the carpet and matched it perfectly with the same mohawk carpet in my other room.
