Very good company to work with, from having someone come to me with samples to installation. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards when job was finished. Had wood floors in a summer home done and they looked great. Would recommend to use.

They were excellent from start to finish. The sales rep was patient, knowledgeable and gave me options that worked best for my budget. I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and I felt that he had my best interest in mind. The installation of my carpet was done within 48 hours and they did an amazing and efficient job. I was pleased by how quickly they did it and the quality of the carpet. I highly recommend this company!

I’m am very happy with my floor installation. Customer service was professional, kind, and polite. Christine, was very thorough in her presentation making sure we were happy with our selection. The floor installers were professional, kind, polite, very clean! I will definitely do business with NATIONAL FLOORS DIRECT in the future! Price was amazingly better then their competitors. Outstanding flooring company! Angel

What an excellent experience we had with National Flooring. I can not say enough about the installation crew. They were very friendly & professional throughout the entire installation. The products we chose were of great quality and great prices. Installers made sure we were completely satisfied which we are! So glad we chose National Flooring. The carpet and quality is beautiful. The installers arrived on time. They requested payment prior to starting the job. They were very courteous & friendly. Starting with the initial appointment to do the measurements till the final installation was all so easy. The salesman was very friendly and explained to us the entire process including some history about the company.
