My first time getting my floors done by National Floors Direct, and the guys did an amazing job. They paid attention to details from start to finish. The guys showed up on time and worked throughout the time. From start to finish. They explained the work to be done which was a plus for me. The guys were friendly and professional,and got the work done fast which I was pleasantly surprised ??. My floors now feels so good to walk on. I plan on using National Floors Direct for my living room floors.

I had a positive experience with National Floors Direct with a Carpet install. The crew showed up as scheduled and got right to work (worked the entire time with NO break...Wow!).They were very polite and professional and respectfully wore masks due to an ill occupant of the house (we TRULY appreciate that as I know it was uncomfortable for 8 hours).All debris was cleaned up as they moved throughout the house.100% satisfied and would recommend National Floors Direct.

This review is in reference to National Floors Direct purchase order number VA11097. We got a quote from National Floors Direct after already getting a quote from Lowes for new carpet in 5 bedrooms. After National Floors Direct came to our house and described the differences in carpet product and professional installation, we were convinced to go with them rather than Lowes. National Floors Direct, I highly recommend doing business with. Theyre quick, and have great customer service. The padding, material of their product is exactly what they show you during initial quote. I would definitely do business with them again. They also match price if you received a quote from a different supplier. Great business!

National Floors Direct installed luxury vinyl plank floors in 2 bedrooms for ** in December 2023. They beat a quote I had already gotten from a local company. The sales rep was very nice and arrived on time. The installers were also on time, very professional and courteous. They did a great job and we definitely recommend this company.

My experience with national floors direct was exceptional! The person doing my estimate arrived in a timely fashion and was very professional. They were able to stick with my strict budget and still provide multiple options with a short wait for installation. The carpet installers were very nice & cleaned up after the carpet was removed and then again once the new carpet was put down! I initially contacted National Floors Direct after seeing their commercial online. We had an appointment scheduled quickly and saw several samples after discussing complimenting flooring with our existing floors. We received a quote and had the price matched/reduced the advertised 15%. I was in the market for new carpet. I happened to contact a couple of places to see what I could find. One was a big box store and there was another company that always pops up and advertises on TV. The first experience that I had was with the big box store. Lets just say I had no idea what I was doing. More or less I had to figure everything all on my own.
