Wow! Fast and easy. The installers were kind and efficient in their craft. They came in around 9:30-10am and was done by 1pm. and my kitchen looks so good. They even made sure to ask me how I wanted my floors to lay, I really appreciated that. I live in a old carriage house with cement floors. The rep came in and got me a great deal 60% off and a little more because they didn't have to remove an existing floor. I am so happy. The overall experience from start to finish was made simple for us. Questions we had with materials and what we wanted done were met with very smart and respectful answers. The crew that put our floor in did an amazing job and this included removing some old tile! They made quick work and allowed my opinions or adjustments needed prior to completion. Fantastic company! We were looking for carpet installation for our staircase and contacted National Floors Direct. They came out the next day, gave us all the information we needed, had samples to view and helped us make the right decision without being pushy.
