The salesman was very professional and not pushy at all. He gave us many choices in different price ranges. The price is unbeatable. The install crew was amazing! They worked extremely hard, left the house spotless, and the carpet looks beautiful. I highly recommend using them!

A representative from National Floors Direct arrived promptly at my home with a large assortment of rug samples. We selected two samples, the representative gave us quotes for both installations and we made our choice. We received multiple emails and calls prior to the job. We were very pleased with the installation, communication and final outcome. Our carpet is lovely and just what we wanted. The Process was very smooth and the representative was so friendly and polite.. he was so understanding and they adjusted the prices as per our budget. The service team was very professional and punctual. 3 of them came and they did all the works as smooth as possible. completely satisfied with the entire process. I had a wonder experience with NFD during the installation of my new bedroom carpet. The contractors arrived on time, moved the heavy furnitures, and even smaller ones. They also didn’t waste time but got to work immediately. They were careful when maneuvering through spaces while carrying stuff out. They also cleaned up after including vacuuming the entry hallways! I recommend their service. I received a gift card for my time in posting on his honest review.

They did an amazing job installing carpet in my second floor rooms. They also did my family room on the first floor. I was amazed how they worked around my 125 gallon fish tank. Overall the job looks amazing. The house smells so much more fresh with a new rug. It is soft and really compliments the color scheme of the room I was going for. Thank you.

They were able to accommodate me with my install date without a problem.
