The gentleman who came to provide us a quote worked with us to find a product that was within our budget but also in line with our aesthetic. We got the 2nd floor carpet replaced by LVP and shopped around. We were skeptical going with National Floors Direct as tgey did not have a local office to deal with. I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. This company was by far the easiest to deal with, compared to a few big box stores and another national flooring company I was looking at. The initial appt was easy to schedule, and the sales person was professional and timely. She brought a great selection of samples. I had an excellent experience with National Floors Direct from start to finish. They arrived on time. Very polite and organized. I had my old carpet removed and new carpet installed on my top level of my home and also my staircase. They did it so quickly and I love the way it looks. I highly recommend using this company.

Flooring crew came in the time range provided. They were very professional. They completed the job in few hours as it was small job. They cleaned the area after the job. Its started with the call, the team was friendly and work with my schedule to be able to show me their product. When the sales rep came he took his time and focused on my needs and my wife's wants. He took his time and demonstrated his flooring compared to others. We did have other companies give us a presentation but none like this one. He was able to show us what the floor would look like with different colors and lighting. He basically did a mock up right on his iPad. I was skeptical. I had used another similar company one time with poor results. National Floors Direct showed up on time. They called to give me updates. They were fast, courteous, and professional. From initial request for quote to final walkthough of finished job the National Floors Direct team was great to work with. In home estimater was on time and not pushy. He worked with us on several options and price points to find the best solution for our home. Installation was scheduled for 5 days later. Installation crew was fast, clean and courteous. The entire job of ripping out old carpets and installing new was completed in one day. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
