5 Star Company!. Great service from the 1st phone call to install. The quality of the carpet and pad is above what I expected it to be. I had a certain deadline of install and they made it happen. I have had a very positive experience with NFD after my brother recommended them. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to schedule a free in-home estimate/consult and then had the carpet installed only a few days later! Installers were very polite and considerate of my home and were done quickly. They make sure you approve the work before they leave. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. I enjoyed my experience with National Floors Direct. Samples were brought to my house. Selecting new flooring was easy. Pricing was transparent and didn't require haggling to get a good deal. Communications were frequent and informative. The installation was timely and professional. To start with, our salesperson was very helpful in narrowing down our carpet choices (there were many of them), including suggesting the pattern/color that we ultimately went with. We picked a carpet that was not in stock, but he was able to put a rush on it and have it installed about two weeks later. The installer came as scheduled and reviewed all the details of the installation with me prior to starting. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review but would have done it for nothing. Can't say enough about this company. Making an appointment was effortless. They showed up on time with samples in colors I had requested. The representative was professional and knowledgeable. I needed the job done asap and they were able to get it done within 48 hours! The installers knew what they were doing and did an excellent installation. I'll definitely use Floors Direct for my next project!

NJ30286, I was kept in form of the whole process before enduring the installation. The installers called a half hour before arriving. The installers were very professional and courteous. The installers cleaned up any, and all mess is involved with the installation. The installers asked me if I wanted to keep the leftover carpet. The installers moved all my furniture back exactly the way I had it.

We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. We were able to schedule our initial consultation quickly and on a day that worked for us. The sales rep was knowledge and thorough. We talked through several options before landing on vinyl tile for our kitchen and entryway. We are happy with the overall cost and very pleased with the final result.
