I recently contracted with national Floors Direct for flooring throughout my house( order number FL15844 ). My experience with them was excellent from start to finish. With one phone call they scheduled and in-home meeting on the date and time of my choosing. Sales team was fantastic. Install team showed up on time and did the work efficiently and even took notice that I was on calls for work. They cleaned up as they went and made sure I was happy with the install before leaving. I would highly recommend!!!Great Job! Thank you

Great Company to work with. The customer service was outstanding. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Scheduling was easy and worked with my schedule. The install went smoothly and had no issue. Overall a great job and happy customer. Highly recommend them.

Their crew did such a great job installing my carpet. They explained the job. They honored my requests. They were very communicative. They worked quickly. They moved and returned furniture. They cleared all debris.

This is the second time we've used NFD for our home. The first time was in January for the bottom level, this time was for part of the upper level. We used the same LVP for the upper to match. In-home estimate was completed the day after my initial call. Although it was pricey, they price-matched and beat the competitor rate. Installation was completed a week later in a few hours with a crew of two. The crew was professional and courteous and cleaned up everything at the end of installation. I am very pleased with the service National Floors Direct provided. From my initial contact with them through completion of the job, they were very friendly and professional. I have a small galley kitchen and another company that I had initially scheduled the work with decided they couldnt do the job. National Floors Directs estimate was less than I expected and the job was A+ The demolition and installation of the new floors were done in less than one day and the workers cleaned up as they went along. Doing business with National Floors was a very satisfying experience. The installer did a great job installing high quality products in 2 bedrooms. They worked the whole time they were here and did a great job cleaning up. I will definitely use them again.
