Was very pleased with floors direct. Team came in respectfully removed old stairs carpet. Them went over with me the plan how to wrap the new carpet on the side of stairs where tr was originally. It all looks great.
I contacted national direct floors via email and received a return call the next day. The lady was polite and professional and set me up with an appointment for the sales person on the day that I asked for it. He arrived, was polite and professional and worked with me and the budget that I had in mind. The experience with National Floors Direct was great. Bill came to our house and showed us some great products and reviewed what would be the best choice for us. He took the time to explain all the advantages of various carpets to us, and worked on getting us the best price possible. The appointment was scheduled for a week later, and the guys who did the install were great. The install was fast and clean and the carpet looks great!! Installed new carpet to replace dingy old carpet. Quality of new carpet is plush and soft. The color was exactly what we were looking for. Sales rep worked with us for price and scheduling. Installers were on time, worked diligently and were not rushing in getting the job done. Would recommend to others to get carpet done. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review: This was my first time using National Floors. I was admittedly a bit nervous but the installation process was smooth and went well. The contractor arrived on time, was polite (I especially appreciated how he wore a mask) and overall did a good job. The floors are great. The sales part of the process was less enjoyable and time consuming
Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to work the installation around my schedule. Representative called multiple times to confirm the installation and requirements. Reasonable prices. Local privately owned business.

National Floors Direct provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. The initial phone rep was friendly, attentive and provided a next day, in-home visit. National Floors Direct did an excellent job with our new home! We bought a house from 1996 that had original carpet throughout the upstairs in need of replacing. Patrick was our local salesperson and scheduled a meeting with us within a couple of days of our initial inquiry. He was honest about quality levels as well as cost vs value for several product lines. My experience with National Floors Direct was excellent. Our sales man, Greg H, was kind and courteous and really took his time with us. The installers were very professional and clean. They walked around our home with me before leaving to make sure everything was satisfactory in and out. We did the majority of our home and we love it. We are very happy.
