I contacted National Floor Direct sales thru their publicly available telephone number as I wanted my living Room hardwood floor replaced ASAP because of an event I was having in 3 weeks ... Hence, i was in a bit of a time pressure .... They came in and worked fast. Had my office done in under 2 hours. They were professional and cleaned up after them selves. I would hire them again.
The installers did a good job removing old carpeting and installing new laminate floor in our living room. They even helped us move a very heavy piano, which they weren't even required to do. The salesperson said they may or may not be able to help, but they didn't hesitate. They did the job quickly. They arrived in the time frame that was specified, and removed every scrap if the old carpet. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

NFD replaced a 30+ year old vinyl tile floor with a new vinyl click lock floor. The whole process was extremely smooth, from estimate to final installation. Pricing was competitive with other quotes I got from local flooring stores. The installation time was much faster than what other flooring suppliers quoted.
