Our experience with National Floors Direct was positive from the start. The salesman was punctual and friendly. He listened to what we had to say and figured out a way to get us what we needed at a great price. The company contacted me before the installation to be sure we were ready to go. The installers arrived on time and did a great job. Our friends and family have commented on how great the floor looks and how it makes the house look different.

I had the quote from 50 Floors and Lowes. National Floors gave me a discount on their quote and it cost me 1/2 of what others quoted. I got at least 50% off. Everyone was professional extremely helpful and nice. My floor looks awesome! Just had my bedroom done, but the job wasnt too small for them to provide VIP customer service, quality materials, and top installation.

I got a few estimates but I choose national floors they gave me the best price I got high quality vinyl plank looks beautiful Installation was fast and easy They cleaned up and very professional Would recommend to my friends and family

The installers arrived on time and ready to work. They showed us the *** that they were going to install. We approved and they quickly, quietly and neatly removed the existing carpet and laminate flooring. Once they began installing the flooring, the two men worked together really well. Before we knew it, the flooring was in place and was done so perfectly, fitting it neatly around molding and edged it against our cabinets. We couldnt be happier. Would definitely use National Floors Direct again! Thank you.

When our basement flooded due to a faulty washing machine, we called 2 of the main carpet retailers including National Floors Direct. We were very pleased with the sales process. It was not ****** pushy and were offered additional discounts for cash on delivery. We were a bit skeptical, but the minute the installers finished with the top of the line padding, it was clear we made the right decision. The carpets look amazing and will gladly recommend to others

saw a commercial on TV from NFD and contact them for a quote. I must say I was very please with the entire process. Got a call from them, schedule a date to come out, take measurements, explain of different carpet options, all the way down to the final cost, I was impress.The installer was very professional and courteous and left the job site clean.

My experience with National Floors Direct was flawless. I asked for a quote and ****** came over a day later and brought us a deal that was a bit out of our range. I was just looking for a quote and this was my first. Then he contacted the owner and offered me a deal that made me think there was no reason to receive any more quotes and I need to lock this in.
