I got my living room and kitchen flooring replaced by NFD. The new high quality vinyl flooring looks amazing! The techs worked SO hard to get everything done in one day! The cost was the best of 4 quotes I got by far. I am already thinking about new carpets in my bedrooms and will use NFD for sure! I received a gift card for posting my review.
First I have to say Im recieving a $25 gift card for this review. Doesnt matter. If i wasn't completely happy with the carpet job i wouldnt give a good rating if they gave me the carpet for free. That said it was a pleasurable experience right from the start. The sales rep was really nice guy. No hard sale by any means which puts me right at ease. National Floors Direct was a pleasure to deal with. We were looking for a carpet replacement rather quickly. Their customer service representative was able to squeeze me in for an appointment and the salesman stopped over and was very courteous, thorough and professional.
