The sales rep was fantastic. She came in and was very pleasant. Then she took measurements and informed us about the background od NFD. Since I work for *************************** in ********* I appreciated the fact that NFD is a family owned co. She also brought in several samples and explained the different types as well as price range. I would like to commend how great of a job National Floors Direct did on my front room and living room. The workers were very professional and neat in their work. They were clear with any issues found that would impact the job and clearly explained what had to be done in order to fix and complete the work. The results are superb. I would highly recommend choosing National Floors Direct for any floor work.

National Floors Direct did an amazing job installing my floors. When the salesman come for our free consultation you could see how knowledgeable he was about their products. What I found cool was that he took a picture of our living room and showed us what the floor would like once it was installed. Everything about this experience was amazing and I truly look forward to working with them again.

We had LVP installed by them and couldnt be happier. The salesman did a fantastic job, as well as the installer. They were ver neat, cleaned up after themselves. The product was also top notch. I would strongly recommend them to my family and friends. I have been compensated for my time in filling out this form.

Our new carpet looks great. I liked that the installers called me with enough notice to remove the remaining items from our room. They were courteous and worked quickly. They had me inspect the room before leaving. Overall, it was a great experience.

National Floors Direct did an outstanding job in installing my vinyl floors. The installers called and gave me a window and arrived on time. They then walked through the home to confirm the locations. They worked hard all day and regularly checked in to make sure it was done to my liking. They removed all the old carpet and cleaned up afterward. We love our new floors and working with National Floors Direct!

From the moment we sat down to pick out a carpet replacement to having it installed, the whole process was top notch! No issues or complaints. I would recommend Nationals Floors Direct for all your flooring needs. The new carpet was a much needed face lift for our stairwell and second floor.
