We had a positive experience from the beginning with NFD. The ability to pick out product in our own home, and the explanation of the preparation process beforehand, made it a pleasant experience. The installers were professional, and cleaned up everything when finished. We are extremely pleased with the outcome.

We had such a positive experience with National Floors Direct. We called customer service one night and very next morning a nice salesman came out to our house. The salesman was thorough and explained the various flooring options. We went with luxury vinyl plank flooring as needed something more pet friendly than our old carpet, as ****** cats in a ****** room. Overall a great experience. I spent a lot of time talking with the onsite sales rep, for obvious reasons to learn more about NFDs products and process, but then after because simply he was a great guy and we had a lot in common. The installation crew was very accommodating. They went the extra-mile for my requirements, and cleaned up both before and after. I'll definitely use NFD again. MA25441

We had National floors Direct install carpet in our bedrooms it was a great experience. The sales rep and the installers were professional. They had their products in stock and was available to install within 2 day. They were respectful with our furniture. Very neat with work. The product was soft and beautiful! Great company go with them if your having flooring installed.

Job ** ***** - The installation was the best partThe installation was the best part of our experience. The installers were professional, did an excellent job and went over the work when they finished. They moved furniture using sliders before and after. Everything was placed back where it belonged. All mess was cleaned up when they finished. The carpet and installation look wonderful.
