I saw an advertisement on TV and was in the process of shopping for flooring and someone to install. I called National Floors Direct and scheduled a free in-home estimate. They were timely, efficient and courteous. The installers cleanup everything and were in and out in no time. I can't speak highly enough about the entire process.
After contacting several flooring companies I contacted National Floors Direct. The salesman that came to measure and give me an estimate was Proffessional, Knowledgeable and Prepared. After seeing several price options, we agreed on a price and a install date in 2 weeks as next day install didn't work for me. The experience with National Floor Direct was very nice from start to finish. After the initial contact with them I was scheduled for an appointment in less than 10 minutes. My salesperson explained everything and gave an estimate right at what I figured the cost would be. Had to wait for our particular style to come in after ordering, but that was not a big deal. The installers came and ripped up all my carpet in my house and put down vinyl floors in a day and a half. The completed job came out amazing and they were very professional.
The process from National Floors was great from the start till the end. The sales person was very knowledgeable, helpful, and honest in her advice and helped us make a good decision. She promised us that the whole install would not take more than two days as we were looking for a quick turnaround. She was correct.
