I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. My husband and I were in the process of finishing our basement and were looking into companies to complete our carpet for us. We reached out to National Floors Direct and had a great experience. We had someone at our house within days. They gave us a great price, answered all our questions, and scheduled within two weeks. Our carpet came out amazing and we couldn’t be more happy!
Finally gave my bedroom a much needed update and called several places for estimates. National Floors Direct was first on my list for an in-home selection of flooring. Within 2 days, we had an appointment. The sales rep was very knowledgable and perfectly matched a laminet floor that would compliment the main living space. Fantastic service! Ordered the carpet on a Thursday and it was scheduled to be delivered the following Monday. Installers arrived promptly and were very professional. They worked quickly and did an excellent job, confirming I was happy with the installation before they packed up. I would definitely use NFD again! I want to praise the men that did my installation on Saturday, August 20. It was a big job and if I didn't have them break for lunch, which I provided, I don't think they would have stopped working. I was impressed by how they worked together as a team and really appreciated the way they cleaned up during and after the job was completed. They were very polite and courteous. I live alone but felt safe and comfortable having these men working in my home. I received a gift card for my time posting this honest review.

We used National Floors Direct to install our carpet on our stairs order CT30547. From the sales associate to the installers our experience has been good. The sales associate was prompt and friendly. The installers called on the day of the install to let me know that they were about 15 minutes away. My Experience with National Floors Direct was positive from the Beginning. The sales associate (David) that did the in-home estimate was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He measured, discussed our options, provided samples, and worked with us to ensure we were comfortable with the offering, and even helped us negotiate the price.
