From the representative who came to my home to measure and estimate, to communication from National Floors Direct leading up to the installation date, to the day of installation, the entire experience was so positive. Wonderful Service! Purchase Order: CT29005 I had trouble getting a locally based company to come out, even had a few no-shows. National Floors Direct gave me responses immediately, and a rep came out in two days time! He was so friendly and knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and answered all of my questions.
