National Floors Direct did an amazing job. I had a great experience from start to finish. The pricing on quality name brand carpets was better than any other quote i got. The installation team came in and did a great job. They were fast, very polite and very clean. They made sure we were satisfied before they left. Very happy with the service! I will use them again!
We cant say enough good things about our recent experience with National Floors Direct. They were quick and efficient throughout the whole process. We had an at home estimate done and we were extremely impressed with the knowledge and expertise the employee had regarding what floor would best suit our needs as a family with young children. My experience with National Floor Direct has been an overall well satisfied experience. The communication with the company has been great. The customer service Reps are very knowledgeable and courteous. When the specialist came out to do my floors, they were very hard working, and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. I love the new look of my floors and how it complements the aesthetic I was going for. Thank you I am a happy customer & will definitely recommend this company to my friends and Family.
