I’m very happy with the quality of my floor installation. Both my sales representative and installer were very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The installer removed the existing tile and installed the new tile in under 5 hours. He made sure to clean his workspace during and after installation. He added some nice finishing touches, including a threshold between the bathroom and hallway. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
We recently had a flood in our basement and I was anxious about finding the right quality carpet for the right price. NFD did a great job with our new vinyl floors! We upgrade from ugly tile to beautiful waterproof vinyl. From the estimate meeting to scheduling and floor placement they were prompt and attentive. The workers arrived within the promised timed frame and worked diligently to finish. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Our NFD Salesman, Peter was friendly, prompt, informative and patient. He listened to all of our concerns and addressed them individually. Even though we didn't have a huge area we needed flooring done, we felt like we were treated the same way he would treat someone will a huge house flooring job.
