Our sales rep was punctual, patient, and very knowledgeable. He helped us select the right carpet for our needs at the right price. Customer service was helpful when I had to cancel our first install date due to COVID in the house. The installation crew was professional, friendly, and cleaned up after they were done. We purchased a new home with carpets that reeked of cat smell. My husband is allergic to cats and we thought we could shampoo the carpets on our own but nope. I had a tenant trash a rental property. I called National Floors Direct and they came out the very next day. The salesman was very kind and helped me pick out what was best for the house. He did not try to upsell me as he understood it was a rental and did not want to put in the most expensive carpets. They were ready to install as soon as the very next day.
