This company was fantastic to work with! Starting with their customer service department. They worked well with me to arrange a day and time for the salesman to come to my house. Once the sales man was there, he explained EVERYTHING to me, showed me some great samples and gave me a GREAT price to fit my budget. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the new ************ Floors Direct installed at our house. The communication throughout the project was outstanding. The salesman that came to our house was very friendly and helpful. The installers showed up on-time and finished the install in one day. When they left we could not even tell they were there.

National floors direct did a great job on carpeting, my upstairs!They sent someone to the house to measure everything, they brought floor samples so I could choose which type of carpet I wanted and color, and we made an appointment right on the spot. They could accommodate almost any appointment.The day the workers came to lay the carpet. They were professional, quick, and answer any questions that I had. They even took the large furniture out of the room and put it back when they were finished. They did a fantastic job!

Order Number: MA24275 I have had a great experience with National Floors Direct! I was able to schedule the initial meeting and the carpet install around my extremely busy schedule with ease. The salesperson who came out to measure and provide my estimate arrived within the window specified. He listened to what I wanted, and was flexible when I shifted direction in order to stay within my price range. He never got impatient and worked with me. From the salesperson's knowledge and honesty to the installer's efficiency and care, to the folks on the phone who set the appt, followed up and answered a few questions. I have used National Floor Direct in several of my home projects and will continue to do so.

Had a great experience with National Floors Direct recently. Sales Rep did a great job suggesting flooring options and pricing was great! Scheduling the work was simple and easy and the installing team did an excellent job. They were friendly, courteous and left the installation area neat and clean. I would recommend NFD wholeheartedly!
