The process was easy and I felt informed. The sales rep was courteous and knowledgeable. The installers were generally quick, courteous, and cleaned up very well. Our carpet installed looks fantastic. My only feedback would be the window of install was huge, we got a window of 7:30AM-12PM and the installers showed up at 4:30PM. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. National floors direct installed luxury vinyl in our home as well as ripping out and discarding our old laminate floor. The installers arrived promptly and were very professional. They worked hard and could barely tell they were in our home. The install was completed in a timely manner. When they were finished all materials and mess were picked up. The floor came out better than we expected. We will continue to use national floors direct.

The entire process with NFD was quick and efficient, the sales rep Neil provided information in a professional manner that allowed us to make the decision to proceed with NFD installing flooring in our basement. The installation was around 2 hours and they were professional and tidy. My experience was great! The second I submitted a form someone called me right away to setup a time for an estimate. The man that came was professional and got it to the right price point which we appreciated. The staff that installed it were so nice and professional and we love our new basement floor. Order number MA17464 The floors look and feel great. Installers showed up two hours after initial install window and had to come back next day for 8 additional hours. Overall the installation process was very disruptive. The speed of service from placing the order to installation was good though, only two weeks.
