After getting several estimates, I hired National Floors Direct to replace the carpeting on my stairs, upstairs hallway and bedroom. I am SO glad I did! From the initial consultation to the install, it was all fantastic! This company stayed in contact with me to give updates on the product arrival in their warehouse, as well as install dates. We ordered approximately 600 square feet of 20 mil Armstrong vinyl flooring. The salesman was knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He measured and ordered all material accurately. The material was delivered on time. They installed the floor on the day promised. The installers were courteous, professional and did a perfect job. We are very satisfied with the finished project. National Floors Direct made the process of removing carpeting and installing new vinyl plank flooring very simple. Someone called me within 15mins after filling out a request on their website to schedule when a sales rep could come to my house. The sales rep arrived on time with the flooring samples and he took measurements while I chose the floor color. Our experience with National floors direct was quick, easy & efficient. National floors direct sales person was very knowledgeable and experienced. Customer service is on the ball. you will receive multiple phone calls to make sure all goes smooth. The installer Chris was excellent. Patient, took care of your home, he cleaned up well. I am highly pleased. Quality work and reasonable price . My only hiccup was that they had to reschedule my installation date but it was only two days later . They came first thing in the morning and done in half day .
To start, scheduling an in home visit by telephone was quick and easy. Omar, the sales guy was courteous and knowledgeable. A nice computer generated layout was presented to me after he completed his measurements so we could see exactly what was to be done. Omar then negotiated an acceptable price with the area manager. This was my first experience with National floors Direct. I was very satisfied with their timely arrival. Emails were sent to keep me posted on their time frame arrival. The installers were polite, respectful and properly prepared. The old carpet was beautifully removed and taken away. No damage to moldings during the removal. I had my stairs carpeted and installed by National Floors. I contacted National Floors and a salesman came out the next day. I selected a carpet frim an incredible amount of great carpet samples and 2 days later installed. The whole process was seamless. Stairs look great!
