Excellent service and quick and efficient job. Installers were courteous and cleaned up after. Pricing was fair for timeline of when work was done
I was particularly impressed with NFD's speed. I filled out a form on a Saturday night, got a call back the next morning, and had someone give me an in-home estimate with carpet samples the following day! By Wednesday of that week the stairs I'd personally been putting off carpeting for so long were done! Very satisfied so far with this investment so far. It took a day to replace a badly stained carpet (living room/kitchen/guest bathroom and hallway). Our condo looks so much better now and goodbye carpet dust. The price we got quoted was decent and went with National Floors instead of their competition. Overall a good experience and hopefully the product lasts as they advertise it. This post was incentivized for the time I took to post this review.
It was so easy to shop from home. A great selection of carpeting to choose from and the price most affordable. The installers arrived on time and were very courteous and helpful. They even moved some furniture for us! The basement rug looks amazing. And there was no clean up! I highly recommend this company.
Floors direct is the best company, they make your dreams come true fast and easy, my experience has been fantastic, there is my second time and my floor are beautiful.
The customer representative who came out came out same day and was very knowledgable. She assisted me in picking out exactly what I was looking for and in getting me the best deal possible. scheduling had a few hiccups. I thought when they offered next day install at the time of purchase (but I was not ready and needed a week before scheduling) that they would only need a few days notice. This was the 3rd time we used National Floors Direct. The salesman was great to work with and got right to the point with me when he knew I planned to buy from them. He was quick and efficient in making a deal with me. He was very honest about the quality of the different options. The installers made sure they were installing it as we wanted. Our salesman, Neil, arrived on time and was very polite. He took the the time to explain the process and show us different samples. When we told him we needed the old carpets removed and new flooring ASAP, he made it happen within 2 days! To even have the material in stock is a miracle nowadays.
