National Floors Direct kept their word and matched a competitors price. The installation team showed up on schedule, completed installation and cleaned up the space before they left. The Process was very smooth and the representative was so friendly and polite.. he was so understanding and they adjusted the prices as per our budget. The service team was very professional and punctual. 3 of them came and they did all the works as smooth as possible. completely satisfied with the entire process. They tore up the old carpet and padding and hauled it away as per their ads. When the installers were done they even vacuumed the Floor. Would definitely recommend NFD to my friends.

A supervisor came by while the installers were at work to make sure the project was going as planned and that I was pleased with the outcome. I would use them again if I need more carpet.
