Literally, they had a waterproof sponge underpad to protect the carpet and matched it perfectly with the same mohawk carpet in my other room. We had great service, and it was easy to order. The salesperson was prompt and knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick out what we were looking for. From the beginning talking with the sales person to the end of the installation was extremely easy. ***** (our salesman) was easy to talk to as well as knew the products well. Was able to steer us in the right direction for our needs as well as cost. Install was a breeze. Installers came in, put our carpets in, and cleaned up. All done very professionally. My experience was terrific! I was kept informed of the date and time of installation from the beginning. The installation crew were very skilled, efficient and courteous. I could not believe how quickly they were in and out. I definitely will use them again for my carpet needs.
I picked out a pure white carpet when it came. It was darker than I expected. They came on time they were very professional. They laid the carpet down. The quality was not the best quality like I wanted, but they did a nice job and it looks and lot nicer.
I am truly pleased with my purchase from National Floors Direct. The installer did a fabulous job, put everything back the way it was, and was very thorough with the clean-up when the installation was completed.
