As GMB and Facebook are the two large sources of reviews on the internet, Birdeye has introduced support for direct integration with Facebook and GMB on the Listings module.

The social reconnect workflow is designed to address all integration errors associated with GMB & Facebook pages on Birdeye platform.

Birdeye, has now simplified selecting filters in the multi-select drop-down menu. Now, the filters selected in a multi-select drop-down menu will be visible on the top.

Birdeye now allows businesses to capture the location of the survey respondent using the newly added 'Location Type' question.
