I can't say enough about you all. Customer service is extremely important to me, so I consider myself an extremely picky individual when it comes to service. Birdeye never ceases to exceed my expectations.

Nidhi was very kind, informative and had helped me out immensely with my issue. The best part was that she followed up with me 2 days later to make sure everything was working alright. I found her to be exceptional in her customer service and very thorough in solving the crazy problems that were thrown at her! I wish her good luck with her career, and i think she is an asset for Birdeye!

Your customer support is quite remarkable! I do have a few tickets that I have gotten no response to for a few weeks, but the ones that are really urgent and important have all gotten immediate and amazing response. Thank you!

I appreciate the timeliness and constant communications. But I’m not convinced my notifications will ever work 100% of the time
