Yesterday was a holiday for many on the team. Even though Kim Paraguin is no longer our point of contact, she immediately stepped in to help us with an important issue we were experiencing which is SO appreciated. Then, Ajay fixed the problem for us literally first thing this morning. THANK YOU both for helping us so quickly and professionally with a stressful situation.
Love! Pros: Easy to use, dashboard shows everything you need to read and respond quickly to every review. Cons: I can't think of anything I dislike about Birdeye, it is very easy to use and a real time-saver. Overall: I love Birdeye! The best way to manage your online presence.
