Birdeye has announced the launch of ‘Custom fields’ to help businesses personalize customer communication at scale and get higher response rates. Businesses can bucket multiple contacts under custom fields and create segments to run more targeted campaigns and automations. Custom Fields can be imported through SFTP feed files, CRM integration, check-in API, and bulk contact upload, or can be manually created on Birdeye.

Custom fields can be used

  • As tokens in the templates for powerful personalization
  • As filters in the campaign conditions for desired targeting 
  • As filters in the contacts list for quick selection
