My floors were installed last month The installation went as well as expected. They finished in two days. Within a few days I noticed small nails coming up out of the vinyl planks. Then my floors start making noises and horrible sounds. I then emailed the installation person and she emailed me back the customer service person. I called and spoke to her. They miss leading you about their plank, vinyl, laminate flooring does not hold up to water! You clean your floor with water now my floors are warped and un even! They telling me water gets in the seams of flooring how can this be normal! You hav to clean your floors! And they never told me about this problem! Wont replace because my warranty is expired! This seems to be a big problem for a lot of their customers.

I had carpet replaced 10/7/23 and the installers did a lot of damage!! The person in the **************** I dealt with gave every excuse about the damage and told me they werent responsible for any of it. I sent pictures showing where the paint was removed after old carpet was torn up. They told me it was the old carpet was higher than the new carpet. No you can see the paint has come off in strips. It was a bad job. They ran out of matching stain on my staircase and used the next closet color they had for two treads. They got stain on my carpet and hot tub cover and did not say a thing about it. . I called and they said they would fix it but then Ghosted me. ****** for wood treads on a staircase and 950 sq foot of LVP. Buyer beware.
I spoke to the representative who came to the house and we went over what I wanted done. I wanted 3 spots in my subfloor replaced with 3/4 plywood and the entire floor replaced. The workers showed up and didn't have any plywood and no 2x4s for framing. I supplied the wood for the one spot that was fixed. I got excuses for the other 2 spots that didn't get fixed. I had flooring installed in my kitchen and bathroom. The installers did not have the correct flooring for the bathroom when they arrived to my house to be installed. I don't think the installer could understand my questions about the bathroom flooring due to English not being their primary language. Lets try to make this somewhat short. Made an online consultation appointment for 11am 7/25. There is a two hour window. So at 1:05 pm called 50 Floor.
