Transparency seems to be the main problem with 50 Floors. I purchased ****** from them in 2021. Shortly after installation I had to call for service as ****** need restretching as it had large welts in it. They immediately sent someone out. Shortly after that more welts began appearing in all rooms the new ****** was installed. I called 50 Floors again for the same problem & was told I had to get my ****** cleaned by a professional company before they could address my problem. Zero Stars would be a more applicable rating when it comes to 50Floor of South ********* mistreatment, mishandling, and abusive behavior during what should've been a straight-forward carpet install job for my 99 yr old dad. Every employee (from ****** to ****** to ******** was ultimately rough, rude & dishonest, (we didn't realize just how dishonest, until it was too late). Im highly upset. I set an appointment with 50 Floors for today at 6-8pm. I was told I would receive a curtesy call 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time concerning the techs arrival. I received a email at 11:45 a.m. that my appointment was canceled so I called to see what happened. I was inform that my tech ***************************** canceled my appointment and left for the day after he couldnt reach me. I had carpet and flooring installed approximately 3 years ago. The transitions they put in cracked in half and the carpet is fraying so badly that you can see the padding beneath. I have reached out to local customer service, as well as the corporate office. Both have said that there is nothing to be done other than to purchase new items. Prior to replacing our carpet with 50 Floor products the builder grade carpet held up for **************************************************** their products.

I was told by the salesman that any problems with my existing flooring would be fixed before installation. I brought to his attention a soft spot in my kitchen floor. Installers did nothing. Fast forward 11 months. Boards are sinking and corners lifting. Was still under warranty so they came out to replace the boards. Never addressed the soft spot issue. 4 months later. Same issue but even worse. Was told by **** they don't repair subflooring. That's beyond their abilities. Told me it would cost me $200 to replace the boards... read more

Salespeople will tell the anything for the sale- they will not stand behind their work or product. If I could give a zero I would. I tried multiple times to get someone to come out. No call backs, send pictures and then no response then when you finally get a response- its out of warranty, but salespeople said the flooring was covered- its a rip off-

After only 3 years of their floors and they are coming apart and coming up!!! I have not used anything on them to clean them other than what they advised me I could use! I have reached out time and time again and they refuse to help or do anything! I am a single mom and used my hard earn money up front no financing only to now need floors again! I hate this place! We chose them over Empire Today, and it was a mistake.I would have given them 0 starts. But the 2 stars are for the great work done by the folks who install the floors. They are quick and efficient and good at their job.When we are choosing our floors we told the sales **** ****** very clearly as to what we wish. And he showed us a few options.
