I ordered carpet from the sample provided by salesmen, he wrote it up on a I-Pad and had me to sign the order. However, the carpet installed was not my selection, even though the tag indicated that is what I ordered. I complained and a assistant manger came out and brought the same sample book the I ordered from. I showed him what I had picked and the picture of it that I had taken when ordered. Called to request a visit, asked price for vinyl flooring install. Was told $3.50 sq feet, reasonable. I scheduled consult, nice guy came out. They advertise FREE installations, but a bad deal. I paid several thousands of $$s, so I expected EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY FLOORS. Yet, they installed the cheapest quality flooring I can barely find in most stores. At this point I am not satisfied with what I was told by the salesperson as what he relayed to me was not so. The men that laid the carpet were very manner able and helpful an I tipped them for what I was lead to believe was included in the service. I honestly believe they did not that was their job or had they ever done it before. Documents that were supposed to be sent by the salesman was never sent and the day before, I was promise to have a copy of those document, which I never received. Do NOT buy from them! Paid premium for best quality carpet. Carpet started to turn darker color in certain areas with no foot traffic. I sent pictures and talked to 3 different people, nothing ever happened, my claim was totally ignored. It's been over a year now! I will NEVER EVER buy from these unethical company again. Their best competitors might be 3 to5% more but way worth the extra charge.

Not very happy right now. There was a problem with the installation and I have been trying to get it resolved for two weeks now and they have just ghosted me. I will be reaching out to Corporate if I dont get a callback in the next 48 hours.

Installers were nice. Problems: they came with the wrong carpet. Overlooked small protruding threads that we pointed out to them that they fixed. They came missing 2 tools in which they asked us if we had those tools: glue gun and ******** s**** driver.

On Oct 26, 2023, I submitted a repair request with 50 Floor concerning my installed engineered hardwood flooring for which I paid almost $20,000. On Oct 31, 2023, installation techs arrived for an evaluation to include taking **************** and stated that the flooring was properly installed with the necessary padding and no wall pinch areas. Transparency seems to be the main problem with 50 Floors. I purchased ****** from them in 2021. Shortly after installation I had to call for service as ****** need restretching as it had large welts in it. They immediately sent someone out. Shortly after that more welts began appearing in all rooms the new ****** was installed. I called 50 Floors again for the same problem & was told I had to get my ****** cleaned by a professional company before they could address my problem. Zero Stars would be a more applicable rating when it comes to 50Floor of South ********* mistreatment, mishandling, and abusive behavior during what should've been a straight-forward carpet install job for my 99 yr old dad. Every employee (from ****** to ****** to ******** was ultimately rough, rude & dishonest, (we didn't realize just how dishonest, until it was too late).
