Hardwood floors installed a year ago. Installers did a horrible job. Cut trim way too much now have a 1/4 inch gap between door frames. Product is not pet friendly. Filed a calm with manufacture due to scratches, denied claim. Been dealing with 50 Floors to fix the issue since a few months after installed a year ago. Quarter round stain does not match the floors. Can't continue renovating until floors are completed. Issue has caused us so much stress dealing with the issue.

as a customer this has been the worst experienceof non professionalism with 50 floor and SCG your contractors that came to my home to install and being installed incomplete and floors coming loose separating carpet not laid properly on steps or bedrooms vinylfloor lifting up and not cut to fit floor and bathrooms vinyl not cut to fit with cut in it. Correct name would be *************************************************** return for so much aggravation and so little customer service. Our experience began with two teams of *** installers showing up. One for the flooring, one for the stairs. No one spoke English leaving us to communicate poorly in Portuguese via ****** Translate. I had flooring placed last August with this company. After placement the transition pieces were peeling and carpet was pulled as well as chips found in laminate. After multiple called finally someone said they would come look at these issues-and I believe this was only due to me giving a referral to someone in my neighborhood (and why I referred I have no clue, because I would not to refer to anyone now!). ******* who oversaw the laminate install was the only one who spoke English. He left to handle another job from the beginning. I couldnt communicate with workers. My walls left holes/scratches on walls.Workers moved an upholstered chair w/dirty ************* is stained & needs cleaning. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBLE WORK...if you want a quality floor and it put down correctly..please use someone else. Do not use this company. They advertise that new baseboard will be used for flooring installation but only use quarter round trim. That is not stated in their pre-installment list. Calls to customer service were dismissive as if I were this issue and not the terrible job they left with the quarter round trim as the baseboard!
