I paid over $5,000.00 for my flooring in Jan. 2022 and still do not have my flooring *********** room put in wrong and has found several areas where the flooring is torn or scuffed that was under the furniture put back in by their crew and now the flooring trim is also lifting. You can put your whole arm under the flooring in my hallway. I have had multiple (over 10) appointments for them to come out and repair and replace some of the items and it continues to be rescheduled for lack of workers. We contacted 50floors after seeing an advertisement on their website stating "FREE Installation Until March 31, 2023." I was impressed and contacted them right away. The gentleman came to our home and gave us a quote of $8000 for a **** sqare foot area. He asked what promo I found and I stated the free installation and he said "oh yeah, the $100 off coupon". We paid $4,047 in total to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in our living room, foyer and hallway. The material we selected for purchase was very nice. The salesman (*****) was friendly and answered all our questions. However, the installation experience was terrible. We were told that our flooring job would take 1 day (6 hours or less) to complete. 50 Floor sent out a sub-contractor that was missing materials and rushed the job. Second time Ive tried to do business with this company. First time was in April 2022 when i tried to order tile. Everything was fine until it was time to get the installation. They kept putting us off.saying the tile was on back order.then in August, they said that they didnt have enough installers for our area. Decided to give them another chance. I had flooring installed and have contacted them over a period of several months to make what should have been simple corrections. I was given two appointments and had two no shows. It is very easy to get sales but you can not get the installation department to return calls or show up. I would like to have the work completed correctly. The floors look alright but the installation was poorly done. I was told that they was coming back to correct the problem. Nobody called or came back. DO NOT trust any promises they give you. Very unprofessional!

The two stars I'm providing to 50 Floor are for the initial consultation and quality of material for the carpet we've purchased. I'm taking one star away due to a terrible installation job (exposed staples, visible seams, visible hole punches around the edges, etc.) Another deduction is due to the terrible customer service we've received from **********************. Was not impressed with their business tactics. Originally saw their commercial on t.v. and decided to book am appointment online. Two women came the next day to show me samples; they were nice. After showing me an original quote for 17 grand, I let them know that I had been quoted for way less. "Well if we get it down can you sign today".
