50 Floor just finished replacing every inch of flooring in my home. I like the product, it looks nice, the installers knew what they were doing. However, I have been unable to enjoy the floors due to the overwhelming mess left behind. Since all sawing etc was done in my living room, my entire house is covered in a very thick layer of dust and dirt. I keep trying to conquer it, but it is a total mess. I do not recommend this company. They do not stand by their warranty. Had flooring installed in kitchen and within 6 months corners of the flooring were lifting up. Called 55 Flooring and they sent someone to assess. Their rep said it was due to water damage yet there had been no water events to support what the rep was saying. Mind you the area in question was in the middle of the kitchen. No where near the sink ,washing room which are the only water sources in the kitchen. I have never been so angry at company in my entire life!!!!!!! My husband and I had hired 50floor to come out and refloor our entire forever home in ******, **. We spent ********* to have the house done and the jobs was beautifully done. I did have to move a lot of furniture myself without help do to my husband being a disabled war veteran, which I was okay with that. It was scheduled for 4 days of work, they had it done in 3 days. This company is very unprofessional for business due to my experience as of 24 Aug 22. Hire them install flooring, for kitchen, half bathroom,and laundry room. I have lost 6 days in the processing due failure on they part waiting on completion repair for quarter round. This company need due SITREP on they policy/procedures, employees training, customer services, and work ethics. Also, a. for payment pay half up front before starting the project, b. 50 floor did not resolve our issue, they over charged and put transition pieces where no transitions should have been placed it was *** on ***, got them to finally come back out and they said they could not do anything about it yet they even had the audacity to bring other colors and different type of flooring that simply did not match the ones put down, also they took our 2 left over boxes that we paid for and will not bring them back to us as they said they would,they are supposed to be an experienced flooring company, How... read more

Earlier this week, I contacted them again. I received an email stating I had to have the carpet professionally cleaned and send the receipt before the manufacturer would consider a claim. I explained the carpet is not dirty.... 2 adults in their 70's with no pets or children in the house and we remove shoes before walking into the bedroom. The response was... read more

I would never use 50 Floor again. The installers did not drop any cloth over my carpets, trashing 2 large area rugs and did not even attempt to clean up/ having only a broom. They left dirty prints all over my kitchen walls and baseboards.A closet door in my bathroom will not close without making scratches on the floor since they installed the new flooring.I spent almost 2 hours cleaning after they left and the manager over scheduling installers was less then concerned about this unprofessional behavior.

The representative refused to show me any carpet samples. He even tried to quote a price over the phone without ever visiting my home. His price was too high. I have a fixer up home. He mentioned to his supervisors areas I needed to repair, but I had already told him that I was working to repair those areas. He refused to help me repair some laminate issues or at least recommend someone who could.
