I paid the ******* office $908 on April 27 and my credit card was charged. This was 50% of the total price. The balance was to be paid the day of the installation before the work began. My wife and I are highly angry at 50 Floor. We got swindled into a deal with a Con Artist Salesman that wrote up a deceptive proposal completely deceiving us out of the product we picked out and put carpet down everywhere! After our Tenant noticed that the Installation team was putting down the wrong product, they blamed her for not stopping them sooner. We had 50 Floor around 4 years ago to install luxury vinyl in our bedrooms! It was awesome! Fast turn around and the floors have stood up to the test of time! We had them back a little over 2 years ago to do the rest of the house and now that floor is pulling up. I recommend 50 floors to my elderly parents and it has been the absolute worst. It took them almost a month to install carpet in my moms bedroom. They also got laminate in their living room and it is just a hack job. I have pictures and video.They also have Hispanic contract workers which is totally fine but they was a language barrier and they were not able to communicate with my parents as to what was going on during the install. On 12/16/2021, I signed a contract with 50FLOOR for Phenix N259 Front Runner carpeting and laminate flooring. On installation in the beginning of January, the master bedroom has a seam running thru the center of the room between the bedroom hallway entrance and the master bathroom entrance. It was very high (at least 3-4 inches high) and hard. (Similar to a speed bump.) The installer came back and said it was NOT a seam, but a crease in the carpet. 3/1/2021 ******* came out and answered all of my questions, didn't waste anytime, and also was very very personable and it was appreciated. Would highly recommend this very affordable flooring considering the warranty. In reading all these reviews, I see that CO {50 floors} is nothing but a joke.I think they should be out of business not serving the public at all.They left my house, without finishing the job, now I cannot even talk to anyone, the don't answer the phone. They know my number, I think they don't know how to do the job. I am going to contact the local TV com maybe they can do something about a company like 50 floors , That don't know how to do the jobs the right way.

Appalling unprofessionalism. The michigan branch is a circus run by clowns. *************************, the general manager, is rude and dishonest. *********************, is just a bad. ****** the secretary dodges calls and makes up excuses. It has been over a month and they still can't get all the materials for the job. No one is taking responsibility and have a "it is what it is" attitude. This company is a complete joke. We had an install completed about a year ago. Reached out to them late November as our tiles are coming up. Set up an appointment for an assessment. Guy comes out Dec 22 to access floor and informed me a rep will get in touch with me for the repair. I then get a random text message that as soon as my pieces come in they will come out(keep in mind that I have extra pieces in my garage from installation). No one calls.
