This Company is Completely off there advertising. I was outrageously over charged **** dollars for less tan **** square feet of vinyl flooring. Not only that they miss calculated and a 1 day job turned into a month. They also ignored my texts. And when I called corporate they said they had to contact local manager. Never heard back. They do not honor there advertising...free Installation?????

Did not show on day scheduled and did not call to say they were not coming. I called company to see if still coming and they said no and rescheduled me for another day. My carpet needed to be restretched. I moved all the furniture the evening prior. I told the manager I was not available on another day. Is there another company I can contact that can come out sooner? He gave me the name *****. ***** said he can come out the next day (Sat am) to restrech my carpet. We used 50 Floor to install a wood laminate floor last year. We had a sales guy come to our house and show samples, we picked out the floor we wanted, and then waited. When they finally came to do the install they did not install what we agreed on, completely different product, only thing correct was the color. They were supposed to install matching quarter round, they brought wrong color so used some bare stock and applied a stain that doesn't even come close to the color of the floor. We ordered new carpet on 1/28/22. We have been unable to contact them since. We gave a check of $200. It has not been cashed. The operator at 50 floors gives us a number to call. Everyone of them goes to voicemail and we never get a return call. Our remodel is backed up by a month now.We called this morning and told them we decided to stop the transaction and order from *********** Stopped payment on the $200 check.

I am so angry! I had carpet installed last week and the workers were just awful! They broke my possessions, used the toilet (without asking) and left it unflushed! I am still horrified about that discovery in my home and I feel violated over the whole incident. They left 2 messes in places I did not even think to look because they were not authorized or needing to be in those spaces. The day of installation they tried to charge me $500 more. Its supposed to be free installation I think this company is very unprofessional. I will definitely not use them or have any friends use them.

First time using 50 Floor and I do not recommend them due to lack of communication and mixing up of accounts. Appointments were made for my home and my parent's home and they added my parents to both accounts which my parents were not even at my appointment (which was in a completely different town) so their names nor signatures were never on my paperwork. They only called my parents for delayed work every week sometimes more than once a week even though I called the company multiple times to request the accounts to be fixed... read more

I paid to have flooring laid down, looked amazing. Went out of town for 5 weeks this summer came home to major floor buckling. I called them they informed me it was not an install issue. Basically this flooring trapped in moisture, I have since paid a company to Encapsulation my crawl space. I really don't know why they don't do a moisture test, to make sure that this doesn't happen. Now I have paid another company almost what I paid for them to put down the flooring to fix this. At least the the new company has gotten my fu... read more

I honestly would not recommend, I set up to have carpet installed on Saturday Sept. 23, 2021 and they even called the day before (Friday) to confirm saying they were coming out but had a small job before coming to my house and said it would about 10:30am the next day. I was ok with that. So I waited until about 11am hoping they would be calling to say they were coming. Did I hear anything, no I did not.
