This company is horrible. They began my 3 day install in December. In February they came out for the last time. They never addressed the main issue I had after coming out numerous times. Just total bulls. Today I got a Certified Letter demanding payment since the installation was complete. In roughly 2 months I never heard from anyone and now the installation is complete. Laughable. I have had to have them come out twice to fix the molding that is coming off the walls. Corners dont meet and look absolutely horrible. Floor isnt butting up. They wont fix either the corners-said it would stick out and wont replace a piece of molding coming off wall that looks like a knife cut along the top. Molding was to be white and has yellow tint to it. Installers dont speak English and use a phone for translation. I will never suggest them to anyone

50 Floor was great with install, price and sales pitch. However we are just over a year after having our new carpet installed and are having an issue with delamination. We have been trying to get the issue addressed since the beginning of February however it has been nothing but silence and denial from the company. They have claimed that the issue is caused by pets even though the spot is under furniture where pets can not reach and we have provided several pictures of an actual spot our pets did damage as comparison. This sorry excuse for a business is the reason I've lost trust in wanting anyone to service anything in my house. 50 Floor has poor quality material, pathetic installers and crappy service. They should not even be in business. My wife has had them come out twice to fix their mistake and then upon the request for a THRID VISIT service was told it had to come out of pocket because they procrastinated and let our warranty lapse. Save your money and use someone else.

*****-Beware of slick salesman and high prices. They pretend to discount by offering free installation ,etc. My installation was scheduled today and cancelled because the crew had quit???!!! i was inquiring about the installation to the installation manager and discovered I had been charged $600 for work that did not have to be done. I immediately tried to contact customer service and was promised to get a call back within 30 minutes, Several hours have went by and my calls are being sent to the voice mail box. Their salesman assured us that transitions between the new floor and existing tile would be flat and that the new wood floor would be of high quality. $4,500 later, the transitions were not flat and the wood flooring was full of defects. It took several weeks for them to return after numerous calls and their empty promises. 7 weeks into the project, repair techs came but left abruptly with the repairs half finished with a one inch gap where the transition strip was. I hired 50 floors to lay laminate floors in my house.The salesman was told to match the living room floor which is quality engineered wood.The salesman showed me a sample of laminate floor and discussed floating floors as we are on a slab,I was charged over $5000 for ***************** and a short hallway.The floor was laid and looked nice but when I drop a small item on the floor it was very loud.I am disabled and a older person and my wife said all she saw was a blue moisture sheet placed under the floor.I called the compan... read more

Poor installation and product. Have called numerous times and call is forwarded to customer service who doesn't answer and message cannot be left. This is three months after the install.I am sure 50 Florr will leave a canned message looking like they are concerned but they aren't and nothing else will be done. They should not be in business.

Our appointment for a quote was canceled, by email, less than 10 minutes before the appointment time. When I called the office for an explanation, I was put on hold by the office staff member only for her to come back with the answer that she did not know why the appointment was canceled. While it was frustrating, it spoke loud and clear that 50 Floor is not dependable nor in control of their business. I feel we dodged a bullet and can move on to the other flooring vendors on our list to check out.
