We paid extra for leveling and none was done. They dented our SUV, used our tools and cleaning materials, took 2 weeks instead of 2 days, did not wear masks, did not do any dust remediation, left trash and sharps everywhere and we actually made them redo the job. They offered us a partial refund but wanted us to revise our reviews. We would not and they rescinded the offer. Do not hire this company.

Don't waste your time. Had appt set for 9:00, got text around 09:45 saying they would be here at 10:45, at 11:00 got another text saying they would be here at 11:45. This is got an in home estimate. When I called the guy to let him know we would find someone else, he acted like he didn't care. If it's this hard to get an estimate hate to see what rest of the process would be like.

I paid $1,534.00 on October 21st @2:52 P.M. 2021 to have carpet installed on my staiprs and in the hallway. The installation was scheduled for November 8th, 2021. The installers arrived at my home, but they had the wrong shade of carpet. I have been calling every since that date and no one will return my call. In 3 days it will be a month since I paid 50 Floors and I still do not have any carpet installed and no one will advise me of when I can have it installed. The WORST carpet I've ever felt! The padding is basically non existent. They only offer one thickness in their padding and its so thin you might as well not have it at all. Padding and carpet thickness were very important to us. I was told by ******* the salesman that it would be soft and thick and the best padding they offer. This company should be put out of business. We hired this terrible terrible company 50 Floor, if we had looked them up on bbb before we wouldn't be in this situation. May 17,2021 is when our problem started. No follow up telling us anything after the 5 week wait. I called finally got back with me a few days later, saying the floors were still not back.
