My parents were looking to put flooring down in their home. The sales rep gave them (what we thought at the time) an amazing deal. Under $20,000 to put floors in the entire home. My dad paid $1700 towards it, up front. Only to have a manager call him days later, almost a week if I remember correctly, to tell him that the contracts had been canceled and that they would not be honoring the agreement. Shoddy work. Wish I could submit pictures. Salesman Paul Cotter won't respond to calls or email. He said he'd be there for us. He Is a good salesman, but we'd like a resolution. Stairs are awful, like they were short on wood, and 2 places the molding didn't get cut properly. Their installer backed out of our drive into our neighbors car and they called the police. Installation was scheduled for 7/14/21. Told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 days. Two Spanish speaking installers showed up. Any issue could not be communicated and resolved. Johnny, their boss apparently, was argumentative over the phone and essentially told me that I was responsible for everything. Corporate was helpful one day but have not answered or returned calls since. Much more still untold. How do I get resolution?

On June 9 th 2021 After meeting with sales person we agreed on a floor sales never informed us that floor supplies were backed order until sometime in August we have made several attempt to contact sales with no luck we paid a $2000. Deposit and have gotten a run around every time we try to talk to someone in charge

We had our entire house installed with waterproof laminate. One of the big reasons we chose this company was that they replaced subfloor as needed and also took toilets off to install flooring underneath and then reinstall toilets with new wax rings, etc. Most flooring companies don't do this! We did experience some issues prior to install with flooring not being in stock for an unforeseeable period which caused us to go through choosing two other types of flooring. I chose to use 50 Floor after seeing a commercial on Fox 5. It sounded like a good deal with the discount and removal of furniture and clean-up after the work is done. However, after a week of the installation I noticed there were squeaks in some area where the floor was installed. I called the company several times and was told someone (Donna) would get back to me. It is now over a month and no one have called to address my issues. Ordered flooring May 21. My house is still not complete and we have no idea when it will be complete because 50 Floor is terrible at communicating or taking any initiative to call and explain what is going on or to apologize. We are the ones left waiting around again. First, flooring didn't come in as quickly as we were told it would. Then, they ran out flooring. Poor business and professi**al practice. A 50 floor sent a sales representative (R** L*****) to our home to discuss flooring for our basement. We decided to go with 50 floor and now we have lived to regret our decision. They put the flooring down but we had some damage to a small wall and wanted to get it repaired before they put the molding down around the floor. The contractor told us they would give us time to repair the wall and once it was repaired to call them and they would come out and put the molding down. We had th... read more

Scheduled at home consultation with sales rep. They gave a 2 hour window for arrival. An hour later, no call or show. When I called the company, they asked if I would like to reschedule and that they couldn't reach the sales rep either. I said no, and will never use this company.
