QR Codes are the best! Pros: The QR Code! It is very easy to set up and is a creative and easy way to gather reviews. I have created so so many QR codes. I was able to customize them with logos and colors. Cons: Nothing! I do not have anything to share about a bad experience with Birdeye. Whenever I have a problem, support is there to help! Overall: My experience has been so smooth! Whenever I have a problem, support is there to help and I always get answers quick!
Birdeye is GREAT! Pros: Birdeye is a very easy to use platform. I appreciate that I am able to customize pretty much anything within the accounts. Cons: There honestly has not been anything that has stood out to me that I do not like about Birdeye. In the event that I run into an issue, the Birdeye support team is always extremely helpful! Overall: Overall, I have had a great experience with Birdeye. It is very simple to switch between accounts as I manage over 100 accounts within Birdeye.
Paritosh (our onboarding specialist) & Dr Len Tau were super diligent in helping us onboard. I’m very grateful to use a product where real people help you & care. They were excellent at communicating and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our new platform. Thank you both for an excellent experience.

10 years and counting Pros: Inbox---this feature is the hub of the platform. They have grown from a review platform to a hub that offers many other ways to serve a customer. Cons: Email needs attention-"from" address looks spammy. We are working with them for a solution, so hopefully it will no longer be our least favorite. Overall: We have been with them going on 10 years. That it self should give you reason to consider. They are a leader in the field of what they offer.
Strong Partner Opportunity with Birdeye for Agencies Pros: The breadth of features and are account management and personal care as a business partner would be the top two features. We finally have a world class product that is easier to sell and compete with other software providers. Cons: They have a huge sales team so we often have to compete with them head to head for the biggest and best leads. This competition during our partnership has been a point of contention and it makes things awkward and confusing. Overall: Overall, our agency is pleased and we have increased sales and interest in our offering because of their product. We had a much simpler software before and now we have new features like listings, insights, more AI features, referrals, Webchat etc
Babette has been very helpful setting up our office with birdeye. The software is great and customer support is amazing. Highly recommend them.

Birdeye Satisfaction, Birdeye Growth Pros: I really like the attention to detail and the strong customer service. All requests are handled within 24 hours. I have several clients using Birdeye and they have been for many years now. It's really the best review management software out there. Cons: I would love to be able to have my clients who have multiple locations be able to manage all of their Google Maps business locations within one Birdeye account rather than having to switch the Google Business accounts every few months to a different location. Overall: Overall, I have been exceedingly happy with this service. I've watched Birdeye grow over the years and I'm confident they will continue to grow and use AI tools to their advantage
The onboarding has been great. Ritika has been thorough with explaining how everything works and why it is important. She basically held my hand during the whole process to ensure I understand what I am doing. It's only been about 2 weeks and our business has already improved in reviews and ranking.
Just finished on-boarding with Birdeye and Sanghita was awesome. She was on point but flexible to allow for questions during the entire process. I look forward to watching my business benefit from their expertise in digital branding and marking.
Positive Experience with Birdeye! Pros: I like how Birdeye includes features that make the reputation management campaign process seamless for creation and integration. Cons: There's nothing I like least about Birdeye but there is always room to improve such as adding new customizable reports and integrating more AI features! Overall: My overall experience with Birdeye is positive. The customer support team is responsive, knowledgeable, and very helpful!

I am not computer savvy, however she explained everything in detail for me to understand everything, and how to navigate my account. She was so patient, and pleasant to work with. Plus she troubleshot everything that came my way. She is the BEST!!
Agency growth with Birdeye Pros: I have always liked the Integrations, and ease of use of the platform. My clients all have different EMR's and the Birdeye team has always gone out of their way to make sure that the integrations and automations were running smoothly. Cons: Support can be clunky or move slowly sometimes. I know it can be very complicated with a lot of tickets coming in but the communication and time to correct issues is a little tough sometimes. Overall: My experience with Birdeye has been great over the years and I have grown my business significantly because of the partnership with Birdeye that I have had.

Review Management Pros: Sending out automated review requests and utilizing AI to respond to reviews, the AI feature helps specifically with Negatives, also! Cons: The customization of multi-locations within one account could be better, one account with multiple locations are only sending the primary logo Overall: Great system for online review management, highly recommend utilizing the integrations and auto responses for a seamless online presence!

Great Product for small business owners Pros: -Ease of use -Negative review alerts -The support team has a great response time and is usually able to solve problems quickly Cons: We are not always notified when integrations break. So i will check on a client a realize nothing has been sent out for months. Overall: I use Birdeye through my job to help small business owners facilitate for reviews to help their businesses grow. It is an incredibly easy tool to have in your belt and facilitates great results.
Very easy to use Pros: It's very easy to use. It's also a very useful tool to promote interactions with clients and patients. Cons: The only bad thing about Birdeye is that is doesn't integrate with all CRM systems. I also wish more elements of the templates were customizeable. Overall: I feel like I have had a very good experience with Birdeye. It's been a very useful tool and I would recommend it to any business owners.
