First of all I got quotes from three other people everybody was close they were within $100 so the salesman came to my house nice guy Id like the product he wanted a $2400 deposit. I gave them $3000. The total job was $8400, when the installer came, he found the problem he called up and some woman called me and said we need another $2800 I cant afford another $2800. The worst. They have no customer service once the installation is completed, and they have your money. All complaints lie in the hands of sub-contracted installers. I was told they were not responsible for the pulls in brand new Berber carpet that was not walked on yet. I called the company, emailed photos to customer service, and they told me they would not send someone to repair them. I have since read many poor reviews. I urge people to order carpets somewhere else.
If you're looking for flooring solutions, I strongly suggest considering an alternative to National Floors Direct. My experience showed that their customer service was far from satisfactory, beginning with the salesman who relied on handwritten notes during our discussion.Another flooring company, Next Day Floors, highlighted that National Floors Direct often outsources jobs. Excuse me Mr ************************** 700 complaints and this company has an A+ rating?************************ investigated the BBB for the BBB accepting payments from crooks an liars...Just who you protecting?Doesn't sound like to me your about protecting the consumer...sorry. I happen to know of many other companies you represent with criminal and bad business ethics..yet you still rate them with an A+ rating. Shame on you
DO NOT USE National Floors Direct. Wish I could leave negative star. They are a scam stay as far away as possible. We had an install in October it was done by unprofessional "installers" They came in piled my furniture on top of each other unprotected, left our house a mess didn't bring a vacuum. The install was hard wood flooring with large gaps, chips uneven bumps, and glue (PL400) that can not cleaned after it dries. This is a big problem because they DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!! Worst company to get someone to assist you,need this situation resolved. Vynil flooring put in kitchen once installer left noticed lots of marks Not scratches marks like glue marks on the floor. Called the company was told to send pictures the flooring is dark so I'm not sure what they saw, but when ai called back they stated warranty did not cover sdratches. As i explained there wer no scratches it looked like glue residue. I still have not heard back from this company
Complete BOZOS!! I wish I could leave negative stars. Terrible customer service. They missed their deadline to install flooring multiple times. When you cancel they will threaten and **** at you that they are going to charge you for the entire balance even though no work was done. Yes their cancelation department yelled at me! That's BONKOS!! The cancelation department manager did call back and apologize for the employees behavior but it didn't seem like this was his first time yelling at a customer. The absolute worst. Save your money. They sell carpet and outsource installation to the lowest bidders. Unqualified and sloppy. The installers were so bad and unethical. They moved my furniture back in place and used it to cover up a visible seam with a bald spot. When I moved my furniture, I noticed the defective installation. Called service.and was refused service. They were the worst Company to deal they told me they were going to come between 7:30 and 12:30 . They didnt come till 3:45 then they came in look around ask me if I was paying cash I said yes they wanted money before bring in product . I said I will give you cash when job was done .They wouldnt do it so I asked them to leave . I called customer service, Never did I get such a bad customer service person . They were the worst company to due business with . Very bad .
