DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We had the WORST experience with a salesman, who was SO pushy and OBNOXIOUS that we had to kick him out of our house. Even then, he didn't take a hint and it took us five tries of basically saying "get out of our house" for him to leave. It was the worst experience of dealing with an in-home estimate that I've ever had in my life. When we called the company to complain, they tried to sell us again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Stay away from this company. Misleading commercials by attractive spokesperson lead you to believe they are professionals. Nope. Installers show up late in their own pickup trucks. Subpar installation techniques. Leaving your house a mess. They ran out of carpet on our installation and tried to get away with using our old padding. Did they think we wouldnt notice?! Installers had difficulties with English resulting in not understanding where some flooring was to end. Worse, however was kitchen floor incomplete & now told material must be ordered, they will advise when it can be completed. Broken oak threshold. Not friendly with a complaint, though the saleswoman was charming. Id love to leave a couple of photos but that doesnt seem to be an option. No shoe covers used by installers lots of excess mess tracked around, some unavoidable but some very avoidable.

I think their product is overpriced. Was told there was padding under the vinyl. Its like walking on concrete. Hate the trim board around the wall. Looks cheap. Their warranty is too short. My floor separated or broke after the warranty period. Now I have to pay another company to fix. This was a ****** installation. *********** made me feel if I didn't sign immediately I wouldn't get discounts. Yeah to get the price to 10 grand. **** never endorse this company to anyone
There customer service is unacceptable with any complaints I was hung up on 3x. Trying to explain my complaint. They basically said you signed contract and carpet installed and complete . Absolutely refuse to escalate to a higher management person or complaint ,they simply hung up on me 3x
How is this company NFD still allowed to operate with all the lies and deceit. From the tv commercial to the sales pitch and throughout the process is one big nightmare. They are extremely unprofessional and down right theives. You are lied to from the offset about the details of the contract and once you sign it is exactly what they hide behind to justify their dishonesty. Dont do business with this company. Make sure you examine the fine print in their commercials because they are deceptive. 3 rooms of flooring for $1088. Yeah- thats only for a 10x10 room. Anything over 100 square feet is prorated and way more expensive. Also the salesman was a slime ball and lied to me during his pitch. Had two rooms done. They put the wrong risers on my stairs. Used white not same color as flooring as was in contract. Had two more rooms planned for another time and they were to fix the mistake. They came in for next two rooms and installer had no idea about the fix. I talked to customer service and installation the week of the work and each time they said the fix was on the paperwork to get done.
